Damascus Countdown: Eve of Yom Kippur (Sept 18, 2018) to Armageddon (Oct 20, 2018)

DAMASCUS COUNTDOWN: Major Escalation In Syria
Gary Wednesday, September 26, 2018 Facebook
It started with the downing of a Russian Il-20 spy plane on the eve of Yom Kippur (Sept 18, 2018). 15 Russian military personnel were killed. Israeli warplanes, as they were performing raids along the Syrian coast, were targeted by the Syrian government's air defenses, but instead of shooting down Israeli jets, they inadvertently downed the large Russian spy plane.
Long story short, Israel denies responsibility, but the Russian military believes—or wants the world to believe—that the Israeli warplanes were using the Il-20 as cover, which confused Syrian radar and surface-to-air missiles. Using the downing as a pretext, the Russian government has finally ordered the deadly S-300VM air and missile defense system to Syria. The move is a fundamental game-changer and immediately backs Israel into a corner from which its military leaders may feel they have no other option but direct military confrontation with Russia.
For decades Israel has been able to launch air raids in Syria with relative ease. The antiquated Syrian air defenses have been entirely incapable of defending against Israeli jets. And in the last few years as Iran and Hezbollah have gained a large foothold in the country just north of Israel, the Israeli government has felt seriously threatened—Iran, is, after all, Israel's supreme geopolitical archenemy and is openly calling for the complete annihilation of the Jewish State.
The decades-long situation has just changed and this picture shows you exactly why:
Russia's international state media outlet (RT) is reporting the missiles will be delivered to Damascus proper, meaning that they will be given into the hands of the Syrian government, outside of the immediate control of the Russians. The Syrians have long sought this missile system and now they will be getting their wish. All of Northern Israel will be in range, and possibly all of Jerusalem depending upon the specific variant of S-300 missile.
If you see in that map what I see, then the city of Damascus itself is now Israel's top threat in its immediate vicinity and is threatening about one-third of Israeli airspace, as well as blocking future Israeli air raids against Iran and Iranian proxies north.
But there's more. Russia is also sending sophisticated radar and satellite and radar jamming systems that will significantly cripple and thwart Israeli and western air forces over Syria.
While the world's attention was drawn away to the 73rd session of the United Nations General Assembly and the back-and-forth between Brett Kavanaugh and his politically-motivated accuser, the Middle East just stepped into its own Cuban Missile Crisis—one that will very likely lead to Isaiah 17, and, ultimately, Ezekiel 38–39 (Oct 10-20, 2018). Those long-prophesied Tribulation events are like Christmas and the rapture is like Thanksgiving.
