Coming of the Son of Man

Signs and Seasons on Facebook
So this is my
understanding of the what the Sign of the Coming of the Son of Man involves:
Jesus states in Matthew 24:30 that the sign of His Coming
will be a heavenly sign implying that we have to consider what is written in
Genesis 1:14.
Gen 1:14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament
of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and
for seasons, and for days, and years:
God created the Sun, Moon and stars to fulfill the specific
purpose of providing the world with heavenly signs that point out God’s
appointed times.
We know that the Revelation 12 sign’s fulfillment falls in
the exact timeslot where one day transitions into the next and that Daniel was
shown this vision but did not understand its meaning:
Dan 8:26-27 And the vision of the evening and the morning
which was told is true: wherefore shut thou up the vision; for it shall be for
many days. And I Daniel fainted, and was sick certain days; afterward I rose
up, and did the king's business; and I was astonished at the vision, but none
understood it.
This timeslot of evening and morning is also the exact
timeslot during which the Feast of Trumpets is fulfilled, but is the
fulfillment of this sign which marks the hour of our departure or the Rapture,
the same sign that Jesus said would mark the coming of the Son of man?
We have to understand what the Second Coming of the Lord
involves in order to understand the sign that will be given in the heavens. The
Second Coming of the Lord is described in some detail in Zechariah 14:
Zec 14:4-5 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the
mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives
shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and
there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove
toward the north, and half of it toward the south. And ye shall flee to the
valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal:
yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of
Uzziah king of Judah: and the LORD my God shall come, and all the saints with
thee.
This passage shows us that when Jesus returns, his arrival
is associated with a geological event that will split the Mount of Olives into
two and that a “very great valley” will form from west to east. Does the Word
provide us with more information on this and what would cause this “very great
valley” to form? Zechariah describes to us that the remnant of Israel will be
fleeing into the mountains at this point and this is linked to a description in
Revelation 12 where we see the remnant fleeing when the earth will open its
mouth – tying the event described in Revelation to the information provided in
Zechariah 14:
Rev 12:16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth
opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his
mouth.
We see that the earth opening up its mouth is also
associated with a flood occurring at the same time when the Mount of Olives is
split and the Lord returns. So what would cause such an event? The only logical
explanation I can think of would be a very large meteor or even an asteroid
hitting the earth at a great velocity and embedding it into the crust of the
earth, while also splitting it apart. Think of someone chopping wood: when
someone is chopping wood, the ax blade would be driven into the wood and the
wood would split apart in the direction of the impact. I believe a similar
situation will occur when the Mount of Olives is split in two. The fact that we
also have an associated Tsunami that will drain into the void that is created
when the crust is split will most likely cause the largest explosion that the
earth has ever encountered with massive amounts of debris blown into the air
and causing thick pyroclastic clouds to surround the earth. These are also
described to us in the following passages:
Joel 2:2 A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of
clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great
people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any
more after it, even to the years of many generations.
Amos 5:18 Woe unto you that desire the day of the LORD! to
what end is it for you? the day of the LORD is darkness, and not light.
Nah 1:8 But with an overrunning flood he will make an utter
end of the place thereof, and darkness shall pursue his enemies.
Zep 1:15 That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and
distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess,
a day of clouds and thick darkness,
Also, when we consider the Remnant’s situation at this point
in time, the Lord clearly states that because Israel rejected their Messiah
when He came as the Lamb of God to take away the sins of the world, that He
will return to his place and that He would only return, when those of the
nation of Israel that remain, are in extreme distress and they call out to
their Lord and acknowledge that Jesus is indeed their Messiah:
Hos 5:15 I will go and return to my place, till they
acknowledge their offence, and seek my face: in their affliction they will seek
me early.
Now look at this passage from Psalm 18 and see how Israel
views this day from their perspective as they are fleeing into the mountains:
Ps 18:4-19 The sorrows of death compassed me, and the floods
of ungodly men made me afraid. The sorrows of hell compassed me about: the
snares of death prevented me. In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried
unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him,
even into his ears. Then the earth shook and trembled; the foundations also of
the hills moved and were shaken, because he was wroth. There went up a smoke
out of his nostrils, and fire out of his mouth devoured: coals were kindled by
it. He bowed the heavens also, and came down: and darkness was under his feet.
And he rode upon a cherub, and did fly: yea, he did fly upon the wings of the
wind. He made darkness his secret place; his pavilion round about him were dark
waters and thick clouds of the skies. At the brightness that was before him his
thick clouds passed, hail stones and coals of fire. The LORD also thundered in
the heavens, and the Highest gave his voice; hail stones and coals of fire.
Yea, he sent out his arrows, and scattered them; and he shot out lightnings,
and discomfited them. Then the channels of waters were seen, and the
foundations of the world were discovered at thy rebuke, O LORD, at the blast of
the breath of thy nostrils. He sent from above, he took me, he drew me out of
many waters. He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from them which hated
me: for they were too strong for me. They prevented me in the day of my
calamity: but the LORD was my stay. He brought me forth also into a large
place; he delivered me, because he delighted in me.
We then have to ask: How does God bring about this asteroid
that will hit the earth and split the crust of the earth and does the Word
provide us with any understanding and insight into this?
I believe we find our answer in Daniel chapter 2. Daniel
describes Nebuchadnezzar’s dream to him and it involves the description of a
mountain that fills the entire earth when God sets up his Kingdom on the earth.
This is what we read in two of the passages in Daniel:
Dan 2:34-35 Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out
without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay,
and brake them to pieces. Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver,
and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the
summer threshing floors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found
for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and
filled the whole earth.
Dan 2:45 Forasmuch as thou sawest that the stone was cut out
of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass,
the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king
what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the
interpretation thereof sure.
Daniel describes a stone, cut out of a mountain without
hands that will hit the statue and that will fill the entire earth. This sounds
like a matching description for what would cause the split in the crust of the
earth. So if the Coming of the Son of Man is associated with a sign given in
the heavens that also involves “cutting” of a stone without hands that will
become a mountain that will hit the earth and split it open, what event would
lead to the cutting of the stone as this would be the point of initialization
and when a “stone” that will fill the entire earth is “cut” in the heavens the
world will surely notice it.
The answer to this question is given to when we combine what
we read in Revelation 12 with Genesis 3 and these are the sealed up prophecy
and vision that Daniel was told would not be revealed until the time of the
End. Revelation 12 describes an antagonistic interaction between the Dragon and
the Seed of the woman as soon as it is born.
Rev 12:3-4 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and
behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns
upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and
did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was
ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
So the interaction is described to occur as soon as the
birth takes place and from what we have now gathered from astronomy software,
we know that this time period has a window of opportunity stretching from
September 9th to September 23rd of 2017.
In Genesis 3 we are given understanding as to what will
happen during this interaction and also discover how the stone cut without
hands will be cut:
Gen 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman,
and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt
bruise his heel.
This verse describes to us how Jupiter is impacted from
below by another celestial object and where the stone that is cut without hands
will be cut. I believe our Heavenly Father even used the Shoemaker-Levy 9 comet
to mark out the area that will be affected during this collision.
When this collision occurs, I am of the opinion that we will
see the sign that will be given to the world which Jesus referred to as the
Sign of the Coming of the Son of man.
When you consider the vastness of space and the precision
with which the universe had to be designed in order to have the Revelation 12
sign - which is very rare in itself - occurring together with two planets
colliding - all within a window of two weeks, resulting in debris that will
cross paths with the earth 3.5 years later it is absolutely mind boggling.
Science cannot explain this and when you see this event in the heavens with
your own eyes, you will have no other option but to accept the Word of God as
the Truth – especially the Genesis 1 narrative, which is often twisted and
mangled to fit in with the opinion of people, instead of accepting the Word of
God at face value. Evolution and the Big Bang Theory cannot hold water against
the Word of God that shows us the End right from the Beginning, and all of this
started merely 6,000 years ago and not billions of years as proclaimed by the
science community. God confirms His Word and declares to us the End right from
the Beginning so that we can know that His Word is the only absolute Truth on
earth.
Isa 46:9-10 Remember the former things of old: for I am God,
and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, Declaring the end
from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done,
saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
Think about this when you see the Sign of the Coming of the
Son of man in the Heavens in September of this year. I hope you will be as
excited as I am when this happens as it will mean that our flight status out of
here on September 23rd would have been confirmed.
