Aaron threw down his rod before Pharaoh and it turned into a snake. Pharaoh summoned the wise men and sorcerers of Egypt... each cast his rod, and they turned into snakes; and Aaron's rod swallowed up their rods (Exodus 7:10-12)
Why did Aaron's rod swallowed the Egyptians' rods/serpents only after it had reverted back to its original form, rather than as a serpent itself?
This is to teach us that even when he wages war, the Jew is not a warrior. Even when he must destroy the serpents of the enemy, he is not a serpent himself, spewing poison and hate. His instrument of vengeance is as devoid of vengeful feeling as a lifeless stick.

Moon. The Moon will be located on the opposite side of the Earth
as the Sun and its face will be will be fully illuminated. This phase occurs at
00:33 UTC. This full moon was known by early Native American tribes as the Full
Snow Moon because the heaviest snows usually fell during this time of the year.
Since hunting is difficult, this moon has also been known by some tribes as the
Full Hunger Moon, since the harsh weather made hunting difficult.
The Silent Moon
This moon is typically named
the Silent Moon, and is a reference to the break in the stillness of winter
that is indicative of a gathering of energy. Like the silence before the storm,
the Silent Moon offers an opportunity to cleanse past regret so that we might
better shift our attentions through this purification to future growth.

Argentina, across the southern Atlantic Ocean, and into Angola and Congo in
