Matthew 24
There are many teachings on Matthew 24 but none tie it to Leviticus 23. Passover v. 15; Day of Atonement v. 28; Day of Trumpet v. 31; Pentecost v. 32; New Heaven and New Earth v. 35 and these are all the Day and Hour no man knowth points to.Dispensational view
Tribulation is to punish Israel – the Matthew 24 passage is
for Israel, not for the church
Mid Tribulation View
The “great” tribulation referred to in Matthew 24:21 is last
three and one-half years of Daniel’s seventieth week, starting with the
abomination of desolation, which is the revealing of the antichrist as God’s
usurper. The seals in Revelation 6 and 8
are not judgments, but beginning of birth pains referred to in Matthew 24:3-12
Prewrath View
The “great” tribulation starts with abomination of
desolation in Matthew 24:21 and includes
the fifth and sixth seals, which involve persecution of the elect by the beast
and natural disasters, but not God’s wrath.
Matt 24:(Mar 13:1-37; Luk
21:5-36.)
"Rabbi
Yitzchak said that Rabbi Yochanan said, 'In the generation when the Son of
David is to come, scholars will be few in number. As for others, their eyes
will fail from sorrow and grief. There will be much trouble, and evil decrees
will be renewed, with each new evil coming quickly, even before the other has
ended.'
"Our
Rabbis taught that the following would happen during the seven years at the end
of which the Son of David is to come. In the first year, 'I will cause it to
rain upon one city and cause it not to rain upon another city' (Amo 4:7). In
the second, the arrows of hunger will be sent forth [food shortages, with no
one being fully satisfied]. In the third, there will be a great famine, during
which men, women, children, pious men and saints will die; and [hunger will
cause] the Torah to be forgotten by its talmidim/disciples. In the fourth,
there will be surpluses of some things but shortages of others. In the fifth
there will be great plenty-people will eat, drink and rejoice; and the Torah
will return to its talmidim. In the sixth year, there will be sounds [in the
light of what follows, either rumors of wars (compare Mat 24:6) or heavenly
voices or shofar blasts (see Mat 8:2) announcing the Messiah's coming]. In the
seventh year there will be wars. And at the end of the seven years the Son of
David will come." (Sanhedrin 97a)
This
period, with its failing eyes, trouble and evil decrees, is referred to
generally in Mat 24:8, Mat 24:21; its seven-year duration, following
indications in the book of Daniel, is made explicit in the book of Revelation
(see Rev 11:1-2). Hunger and famine appear in Mat 24:7; the death of saints in
Mat 24:9-10; the Torah being forgotten by its students in Mat 24:12; eating,
drinking and rejoicing in Mat 24:37-39; the shofar in Mat 24:31; wars in Mat
24:6-7.
The signs of the near return of Jesus are
national (Mat 24:6), religious (Mat 24:11), missionary (Mat 24:14), and Jewish
(Mat 24:32). (Fig tree a type of Israel.)
The troubles before the

Yeshua foretells other signs and
miseries, to the end of the world.
(29-41)
Exhortations to watchfulness. (42-51)
This chapter and its parallels (Mk 13:1-7;
Lk 21:5-36) express the principal NT thought on the second coming of Yeshua: I
Thess 4:13-18 and the second coming to Yeshua/Jesus' prophecy of the destruction of
Jerusalem. The abominable and destructive presence (Dan 9:27) the profanation
of the temple by the Roman power, will be the sign of imminent destruction,
Jesus urges flight from Jerusalem rather than defense of the city through
misguided messianic hope (Lk 13:14-23). Intervention will only occur after the
destruction (Lk 13:24-27), which itself is to occur before the end of the first
Christian generation (Lk 13:28-31). No one but the Father knows the precise time,
nor that of Yeshua's second coming (Lk 13:32), hence the necessity of constant
vigilance (LK 13:33-37). The chronological proximity of the second coming and
the destruction of the temple is not determined (LK 13:2-27). Luke sets the
second coming at a later date, in the time of the Gentiles (Lk 21:24). David L.

Yeshua prophecies the destruction
of the Temple as he leaves the Temple for the last time. Matthew 24:1-2; Mk
13:1-2; Lk 21:5-6.
1. It came to pass when Yeshuwa'
went out from the Sanctuary, as he was going, his disciples drew near to show
him the structures of the Sanctuary [Hebrew: miqdash. 1 Kings 6:19-36].
The First Temple, built by King Solomon and
destroyed by the Babylonians in 586 B.C.E., was a building of great
magnificence (1 Kings 6-7). The Second Temple, built under Z'rubavel in 516
B.C.E., could not compare with it (Hag_2:3). King Herod the Great, to
ingratiate himself with the Jewish people, undertook its renovation and
expansion. According to Joh_2:20 it took 46 years, but it was successful, and
the remodeled Second Temple dominated all Jerusalem. A scale model of
first-century Jerusalem on display at the Holyland Hotel in West Jerusalem
impressively demonstrates the majesty of the Temple Yeshua's talmidim/disciples
saw.
Herold the Great began renovating this
temple in 20 B.C. apporximately, and it was finished in A.D. 64. The stones,
10-12 feet in length, would have been plainly visible.
2.
And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto
you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be
thrown down. Matt 27:51.
This event occurred in 70 AD. Two Partial Lunar Eclipses occurred on
God's Appointed Passover (Apr 14) and Feast of Tabernacles (Oct 8) holidays in
70 A.D. The moon did not turn blood red. The destruction date of the 2nd Temple
according to the Hebrew calendar was the 9th of Av, also known as Tisha B’Av
(04 August 70 AD). The last remnant of the Jewish Nation of Israel hid for 3
years at Masada (Siege of Masada) before being conquered by the Roman Army in
73 A.D. Israel became a country once again in 1948, just before a Tetrad
sequence of 4 Red Blood Moons occurred in 1949 & 1950.
The 14th April 2014 God's appointed
Passover and 8th October 2014 Sukkot Lunar Eclipses take place on the same
exact dates as did the 70 AD God's appointed Passover & Sukkot - Feast of
Tabernacles lunar eclipses which
occurred when the Roman Army destroyed the 2nd God's appointed Temple &
Masada Military Fortress effectively ending over 1,000 years of God's appointed
rule in the Nation of Israel ! http://redmoonrapture.com/2014-2015.html
1947 BCE (Abraham born) + 2017 years = 70 CE (Destruction of
the Temple) + 1947 years =2017. I wonder what is going to happen in 2017?
3. And
as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples (Peter, James, John, Andrew)
came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what
shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end (suntelia) of the world (Daniel
12:4. Matthew 10:22. 1 John 2:18]?
In this discourse Jesus answered two of
the three queations the disciples asked. He does not answer "when shall
these things be?" He answers "what shall be the sign of thy
coming?" in vv. 29-31 and He speaks of the signs of thhe end of the age in
vv. 4-28. Verses 4-14 list characteristics of the first half of the tribulation
period while vv. 15-28 deal with the second half.
The suntelia are all the events that lead up to the end. The telos
begins with the Abomination of Desolation spoken by Daniel which
possibly/probably occurred March 22, 2013. (Feast Dates and Second Coming Part
3).
4.
And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive
you. (Matt 28:20; Jer 29:8; compare Deut 13:1).
5. For
many shall come in my name (I Am He) [Hebrew: ANIY-HUA. Greek Septuagint:
ego kalow (Isaiah 48:12)], saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
See I Jn 2:18, 2 Co 11:13; 2 Th 2:1-17; 1 Ti 6:3, etc.(Matt 24:11, 24; Ac
5:36-39; I Jn 4:3).
6. And
ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars (Matt. 24:2. Luke 21:20), see that ye
be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass (Dan. 12:4; Matt.
10:22. 24:3), but the end (telos-very end) is not yet. (Jas 4:1; Matt 18:17;
Rev 6:1-8). Rev. 6 Seal 2
He addresses the apostles as
representatives of the whole body of believers. Wars and rumours of wars; i.e.
wars near at hand, and distant wars of which the rumour only reaches you, but
which threaten to approach and menace your peace (cf. Jer 4:19). The peace
which reigned at Christ’s birth was rudely shattered after his death, though
the wars before the destruction of Jerusalem were of no great importance. We
hear of an intended expedition against Aretas (Josephus, ’Ant.,’ 18.5. 3), of
one of Caligula against the Jews (ibid., 18.8. 2), both of which, however, came
to nothing. Then there were certain insurrections in the reigns of Claudius
(ibid., 20.5, 3) and Nero (ibid., 20.8. 6-10). The Roman empire was disturbed;
four emperors—Nero, Galba, Otho, and Vitellius—died by violence within a short
space of time; the restless Parthians were a continual source of trouble. But
these and such-like occurrences do little to exhaust the meaning of Christ’s
prediction. He is looking forward to a distant future, and sees with prophetic
eye the state of warfare which has prevailed from the disruption of the Roman
empire, and which shall continue unto the end.

7.
For nation shall rise against nation (2 Ch 15:6; Isa 19:2), and kingdom
against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes,
in divers places. (II Chr 15:6; Is 19:2; Ac 11:28) See the same judgements in
Rev 6:1-8.
This part of the prediction is
inapplicable to the era preceding the ruin of Jerusalem, the disturbances that
occurred then (e.g. at Alexandria, Seleucia, Jamnia, and other localities
mentioned by Josephus, ’Ant.,’ 18.9. 8, 9; ’Bell. Jud.,’ 2.17. 10; 18.1-8; 4.3.

such grand terms.

Peoples
or "ethnic groups" (Greek ethnê; see Mat_5:47). Recent decades have
seen a noticeable increase in both ethnic awareness and ethnic strife. The term

8.
All these are the beginning of sorrows. "i.e. birth pains".
(Lk 21:12-24).
This period with its failing eyes, trouble and evil decrees, is referred
to generally in vv 8, 21; its seven-year duration, following indication in the
book of Daniel, is made explicit in Revelation (11:1-2).
The notion that the Messianic Age will be
ushered in with a series of convulsions in history is referred to as the
"birth pains". The Messianic Age" referred to is the period
after Yeshua's second coming, when he will establish peace among the nations
and fulfill the prophecies of Isa 2:1-4.
Beginning of sorrows; ὠδιμνων: labour pangs, travailings. The metaphor often
occurs (see Isa 26:17; Jer 13:21; Hos 13:13, etc). These great events are
called "labour pangs" because they usher in the new creation,
"the regeneration" spoken of in Mat 19:28. St. Paul writes (Rom
8:22), "The whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until
now." The tribulations and calamities which preceded and accompanied the
overthrow of the Jewish polity are a sign and warning of the great and universal
woes Which shall herald the day of judgment.
9. Then (Hebrew: az) shall they deliver you up (Matt 10:17; Jn
16:2) to be afflicted (Rev. 1:8; 7:14), and shall kill you (Acts 9:1; 12:2; 1
Cor. 5:5 (order of Satan)): and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's
sake ("Yeshuwa' Mawshiyach\Jesus Messiah" Matt. 1:18,21. Acts
4:12; 5:41)
Here the death of the saints takes place.(Matt 10:17, 22; Jn 16:2; 15:18-19).

Seal 5 (2014?)(CR Mark 13: 9-13; Rev 6:9-11;

contains numerous examples of such afflictions (see Act 4:3; Act 8:1; Act 12:4;
Act 13:50: Act 14:19, etc.). Kill. As Stephen (Act 7:59), James the brother of
John (Act 12:2), Peter and Paul (Eusebius, ’Hist. Eccl.,’ Ecc 2:25), and many
others. Hated of all nations (Act 28:22, "As concerning this sect, it is
known to us that everywhere it is spoken against"). Joh 15:20; Mat 24:10
Note: Mark 13 refers to
councils and synagogues. The synagogues were used as places of
assembly and as courtrooms. Floggings were therefore administered in them (2
Cor. 11:24). These predictions began to be fulfilled in Acts (4:5+; 5:27+;
12:1+; 24:1+; 25:1+)
10. And then shall many be offended
(skandalidzo Acts 19:29. Yaakob
('James') 3:16), and shall betray one another ['there must be factions among
you' (1 Corinthians 11:19)], and shall hate one another. (Matt 11:6; Acts
15:39)
Betraying and hating each other. Similarly, according to
the Talmud,
"Our rabbis taught, 'For Adonai will vindicate his
people and have compassion on his servants when he sees that their power is
gone' (Deu 32:36). The Son of David will not come until there are many
denouncers." (Sanhedrin 97a)
The phrase, "... when he sees that their power is
gone," is here understood to mean that the people of Israel will be at the
mercy of informers. It is then that God will vindicate his people and have
compassion on his servants by redeeming them through the Messiah, the Son of
David.
Hanukkah Information: As you read the stories of the
Maccabees, and even in the Works of Josephus, you can see the records of the
betrayal of Jews against Jews.
Skandalidzo--a snare that is set by observing the
intended prey in their own natural habitat and then setting a snare that looks
like part of their comfortable environment. Yeshua prophesied that false
prophets, who assert that they are speaking for him, will set a trap that will
cause believers to hate and betray each other to the death. What could cause
such betrayal? What disappointed false expectation could trigger such a deadly trap
that would capture believers in their own self-constructed comfort zone?
11. And
many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. These were Judaizing
and Gnostic teachers, who tried to mar the good work of the apostles (see Act
20:30; Rom 16:17, Rom 16:18; 2 Co 11:13; Gal 1:7-9; Col 2:18-23, etc.). Mat 24:5, Mat 24:24, Mat 7:15; Mar 13:22; Act
20:30; 1 Ti 4:1; 2 Pe 2:1; 1 Jo 2:18, 1 Jo 2:26, 1 Jo 4:1; Jud 1:4; Rev 14:12;
19:20; Acts 13:1. 21:10,11,33 and 1 Corinthians 12:28.
12. And because iniquity (wicked ones; Jude 1:4;
Rev 18:2) shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
The torah will be forgotten by its
students. Iniquity means Lawlessness or without Torah.
Yeshua closes the bookends of his first
teaching to Israel in which he he declared that he, in no way, came to destroy
the Torah (Matthew 5:17). He further stated that he would judge his purported
followers according to their compliance with the Torah (Matthew 7:13-23) and
that most of those who believed they were his miracle-working followers would be ejected from the eternal kingdom.
13. But
he that shall endure unto the end (Matthew 5:4), the same shall be saved. (Matt
10:22). Patience and perseverance shall be crowned at the last.
Mat 24:3,6; Mat
10:22; Mar 13:13; Luk 8:15; Rom 2:7; 1Co 1:8; Heb 3:6, Heb 3:14, Heb 10:39; Rev

14. And this gospel (Besowrah\euangelion) of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world
(haerets\oikoumenē)
for a witness\testimony (martyrion) unto all nations; and then shall the end
(kalah\telos; Dan. 9:26,27) come (Acts 22:6-9). Rev. 12:13; 13:1-18.
Their sound went out into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the
inhabited world" (Rom 10:18). St. Paul testifies that the gospel was
preached to every kingdom under heaven (Col 1:6, Col 1:23). He himself carried
it to Arabia, Syria, Asia Minor, Greece, Illyricum, Rome, Spain (see Rom 15:19,
24, 28; Gal 1:17; Php 1:13, etc.). A witness unto all the nations. This is the
good news that will be preached during the tribulation days concerning the
coming of Messiah and the setting up of His kingdom. (Matt 4:23; Rom 10:18; Col
16:23; Lk 21:4-5; Acts 11:26; 17:6; 19:27; Rom 10:18 Heb 16:25; Rev 3:10;
16:14). Romans 1:16 states that it went to the Jews first.
"The end" is not dependent upon the preaching of the Gospel of
the Kingdom, but rather dependent upon the fulfillment of that which was spoken
by the prophet Daniel--the abomination of desolation-- the defining moment in
the last days scenerio that begins the great tribulation and also requires the
obedient to evacuate Jerusalem.
Then shall the end come Two ends may be seen here. Primarily, the
end of the "age" in v. 3 for the Jewish system which was brought to
an end by the the destruction of Jerusalem. The gospel apparently had gone to
all the world. This end, however, prefigured the end of human probation when
Daniel stands up, still future. Compare
Psa 22:27. The connection with the destruction of Jerusalem may be seen in
considering the word, "therefore" in the next verse. The end of the
age can also refer to the time prior to the return of YHVH which I believe it
means here.
In the year 6000, the word has even
gone to the moon and back. It has gone to all the four corners of the earth.
15.
When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation (shamem.
Antiyokus a.k.a. 'jesus christ'. Rev. 17:8; Dan 8:13; 12:11; 9:27; 11:16,31; Lk
21:20), spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place (Isa. 14:25;
Jer. 7:12. Dan. 11:16; Acts 6:13; 21:28; Jn 11:48; Mk 13:14), (whoso readeth
(Mk 13:14; Rev 1:3, let him understand:(Dan. 9:23) (2014-2015)
This is the man of sin (2 Thess 2:4), the Antichrist, who at this
midpoint in the tribulation breaks his covenant which he made at the beginning
of the tribulation with the Jewish people (Dan 9:27; 11:31; 12:11), and demands
that they and the world worship him. Those who resist will be persecuted and
many will be martyred, that is the reason for the urgency of the instructions
in vv. 16-22.
When Antiochus IV ("Epiphanes"') conquered Jerusalem in 167
BC, he erected an altar to Zeus in the Temple. I Maccabees 1:54 and 6:7 refer
to this as a fulfillment of Daniel's prophecy, but Yeshua is pointing to an
additonal, future fulfillment as described in the Book of Revelation.
Antiyokus, was fatally wounded in the Maccabbean war and; as prophesied by Yeshua' Mawshiyach\Jesus Messiah; his evil spirit lived again in the Christian idol 'jesus christ' (Rev. 17:8-11). Just as the followers and worshippers of Antiyokuas 'Epiphanes - god manifest' persecuted and sought to destroy the Hebrew people and their holy land: so likewise the followers and worshippers of "the beast"(Rev. 17:11) 'jesus christ-god manifest' have for 2,000 years persecuted and sought to destroy the Hebrew (Jews) people and their holy land of Yisrael and corrupt their scriptures.
The abomination took place in November/December (Kislev). Could this be a reference that the Abomination will take place in that time frame?
According to Revelation 12 and the
1260 days, the Abomination should take place in the month of Abib since Christ
has to judge the Nations on the Day of Atonement (Lev. 23) in September of that
year in which the judgment should take place. It should also be noted that the
Day of Atonement will also be the day of Armageddon as well as the marriage of
the Bride to Christ.
Considering that the Day of Atonement is a feast day and you subtract
1260 days from September, for instance Sept. 30th 2017 which is the day of
Atonement, you arrive in or around Passover week in March-April 2014.
Some people believe the Abomination took place when the Dome of the Rock
was placed on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. Others believe it may have already
been taken place in our physical bodies with corrupt DNA. Yet others believe
this will be some future event yet to be fulfilled with the sacrifice of an
unclean animal in the third temple when a statue is set up in the third temple.
Luk 21:20 And when
ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation
thereof is nigh\near.
Luke 21:20-23
Here
Yeshua\Jesus predicts the destruction of Yerushalayim\Jerusalem by the Roman
armies in 66-70 C.E. The days of vengeance (Luk_21:22) are spoken of in
Deu_32:35 as the time when Adonai "will judge his people" for being
wicked and forsaking him; however, the context there is that ultimately God
will "forgive his land and his people" (Deu_22:43). Such vengeance is
also spoken of in Jer_46:10 and Hos_9:7.
Although
the historical evidence is not absolute, it is widely thought that the
Messianic Jews of Jerusalem heeded Yeshua's words here and moved in 66 C.E. to
Pehel (Pella), east of the Jordan River. It is also understood that this act of
foresight based on the Messiah's own warning and instruction was taken by the
non-Messianic Jews as an act of disloyalty to the nation in time of war, and it
became a major cause for resenting Jewish believers and taking sanctions
against them.
One
such sanction was the Birkat-HaMinim ("blessing relating to the
minim"), twelfth of the nineteen blessings in the 'Amidah. In its present
form it says nothing about Messianic Jews:
"For
the slanderers let there be no hope. Let all wickedness perish in an instant.
May all your enemies be quickly cut off. Uproot, break, throw down and humble
the kingdom of arrogance speedily, in our days. Blessed are you, Adonai, who
breaks enemies and humbles the arrogant."
But
the Talmud says that the original form of this blessing had, instead of
"lamalshinim" ("for the slanderers"), the term
"laminim" ("for the sectarians"), understood to be heretics
in general or Messianic Jews in particular (see Mat_22:31-32):
"The
Birkat-HaMinim was instituted in Yavneh [in the general council of rabbis
around 90 C.E.].... It was composed by [Rabbi] Shmu'el HaKatan .... If a chazan
[leader of synagogue prayers] makes a mistake in any other of the blessings
they do not remove him, but if he makes a mistake when saying the
Birkat-HaMinim they remove him because he is suspected of being a min
himself." (B'rakhot 28b)
The
Talmud is clear and explicit about how the Birkat-HaMinim could be used against
Messianic Jews. A Messianic Jew could gladly and gratefully pray the other
eighteen blessings of the 'Amidah, but he could hardly invoke a curse on
himself. Persons not reciting the Birkat-HaMinim were suspected of minut and
subject to cherem (exclusion from the community; see Joh_9:22).
The
Encyclopedia Judaica (4:1035f.) says that Shmu'el HaKatan revised a previously
existing blessing that had been used against the Gnostics, the Sadducees and
the Roman Empire as well as the Messianic Jews.

Dan 11:31 And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate.
The usage of the term "holy place" in other NT
passages corroborate that this refers to the Holy Temple (Acts 6:13;
21:28).
(Specifically, the Holy of Hollies was the holy place that the High Priest only
entered once per year and where the Ark of the Covenant was kept behind a
separating curtain.)

16. Then let them which be in Judaea (Acts 8:1)
flee into the mountains: Revelation 12:6 states that the woman will flee into
the wilderness for 42 months, 3 and 1/2 years, a thousand two hundred and
threescore days. To derive at these number, the Biblical month has 30 days. You
multiple 42 months by 30 days and you get 1260 days. A score equals 30 days or
one month. A question was asked of me how you derive at this number and the
only way I rely on it is by reading it in others works. Revelation 12 has 1260
days. Now here is a twist on the verse. www.endtimes-bibleprophecy.com/page43.htm and here www.gentileassembly.org/docs/Judea...%20Flee%20to%20the%20Mountains.htm.
17. Let him which is on the housetop not come
down to take any thing out of his house:
(Matt 10:27; Lk 5:19 12:3; Act 10:9; 1 Sam
9:25).
19. And
woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! Lk

Hanukkah is in the winter! It was on the Sabbath
that the Jews did not fight back and were slaughtered. It was at this point in
history that the Jewish people declared it was lawful to defend your life on
the Sabbath. This whole conversation was like a giant flashing billboard
declaring Hanukkah will happen again in the future when at the Antichrist
defiles the Temple and sets up an idol in it.
Note: Antiochus wanted to assimilate everybody.
One of the great signs of the last days will be the assimilation, for example,
the Chrislam, which is merging of Christianity and Islam, that you see being
promoted today. Another one is becoming a cyborg.
Matthew 24:15-20 (cr Mark 13:14-22) The Abomination of Desolation begins the
Great Tribulation which is three and a half years (1260 days) before the Day of
the Trumpet prior to Armageddon during the Ten Days of Awe which is in
September of 2017 if that is His return. Since the Ten Days of Awe is in
September, then the Tribulation began during September 7 years earlier. Feast
of Tabernacles, September last week, 2010.
Abomination of
Desolation. (CR: Dan 11:31; 12:11; Jer 32:34; Dan 9:27; I Mac 1:54; 6:7). This is before the Day of the Lord or the
wrath of the Lamb found in Rev. 6:17 (CR. Isa 2:19,2:21). Most believe a statue
will be placed in the temple area and the antichrist sits on it.
In six different
verses that period is referred to as either 3½ years, 42 months or 1260 days
(Dan 9:27; 7:25; Rev 12:14; 11:2-3; 13:5).
The last 7 years beginning in 2009
when Obama recieved the Norwegian Peace Medallion on the 7th day of Feast of
Tabernacles. This places 1260 being March 22, 2013 as the day of Abomination.
The location of this abomination was at the temple fortress (Church of
Nativity) in Bethlehem where Obama did not bow to Yeshua/Jesus. He did it in
defiance to God and Yeshua. 322 is a skull and bones number and is connected to
the Antichrist. According to Renee M from Beforeitsnews.com, 40 days from there
was May 1/2, 2013 when people were praying for the nation so events were
spared. 1290 days from March 22, 2013 is Rosh Chodesh Oct 3rd, Yom Teruah during Rosh Hashanah, 2016. 1335 days puts you at Nov. 16, 2016. +40 days = Chanukkah
is December 25, 2016. 40 Days is added because of the 3 days of praying between
April 30 and May 2 in 2013. According to Renee, this is when the Messianic
Kingdom begins.
Great Tribulation begins. This is also called the Day of the Lord, Time of Jacob's Trouble, Last Day (2-3 views). Rev 6:17 lines up with Isa 2:12 which says Day of the Lord.
21. For
then shall be great tribulation (Luke 21:25; Rev. 1:8; 3:10 7:14; Acts 1:6; Jer
30:7; Dan 12:1; Joel 2:2; Matt 24:29), such as was not since the beginning of
the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. (Exod 19:5; 20:5; Deut. 14:2;
Amos 3:2)
The Great
Tribulation covers over 400+ scriptures. Majority of the Great Tribulation will take place in the Bible Lands.
The
colossal scenes of the Revelation, beginning with Chapter 5 and the opening of
the seven-sealed book, through Chapter 10 (Seals through Trumpets), form a
prelude to worldwide commotion prior to the Great Tribulation itself described
in Rev Chap 11-18. The Great Tribulation
is identical with the last three and one-half years of Daniel's seventieth week
of years (Dan 9:24-27; Rev 11;2-3). Unger's Bible Dictionary.

Note: If
(above) He returns after 2017 has to be supported by the number of 50 (Jubilee)
and 70 (total completion). The next possibilty is in 2067.
Psalm 2 gives a
good outline of this time period.
Nations raging (v.2), derision of Jehovah (v. 4). It eventuates in the
establishment of the rejected King in Zion 2:6) and the subjugation of the
earth to the King's millennial rule (vv. 7-9), with a present appeal to Gentile
world powers to be warned by the certainty of the establishment of Christ's
kingdom (vv. 10-12). According to Rev 13-19, there will be the cruel reign of
the "beast coming up out of the sea" (The Antichrist) (13:1) who,
breaking his covenant with the Jews (2 Thess 2:4), will demand divine
worship. This earth ruler, the Beast, is
empowered by Satan, and the entire terrific episode of fighting God is made
possible by the unprecedented activity of demons (Rev 9:1-11; 16:13-16).
The character of
the period is clearly revealed in Scipture. It is a time of "wrath"
(Zeph 1:15-18; I Thess 1:10; 5:9; Rev 6:16-17; 11:18; 14:10, 19; 15:1, 7;
19:2); indignation" (Isa 26:20-21; 34:1-3); "trial" (Rev 3:10);
"trouble" (Jer 30:7; Zeph 1:14-15; Dan 12:1); "destruction"
(Joel 1:15; I Thess 5:3); "darkness" (Joel 2:2; Amos 5:18; Zeph
1:14-18); "desolation" (Dan 9:27; Zeph 1:14-15);
"overturning" (Isa 24:1-4, 19-21); "punishment" (Isa
24:20-21).
God will pour
out judgment upon believing men and nations (Rev 3:10; Jer 25:32-33; Isa 24:1;
II Thess 2:10). These judgments will fall both directly from God and indirectly
through men and armies.
The nations
proceeding out of the Roman Empire will be federated into a world power again
(Dan 2 and &; Rev 17:12, 16-17). The head of the empire is known as the
little horn (Dan 7:8), the Abomination of Desolation (Matt 24:15), the man of
sin (II Thess 2:3), the Antichrist (I Jn
2:18), and the beast (Rev 13:1-10). This political ruler will make a covenant
with Israel (Dan 9:27). The King of the North, also known as Gog (Ezk 38), will
oppose him (Dan 11:40) but will be destroyed by the Lord upon invading
Palestine (Ezk 39). With that strong power removed, the Antichrist will be able
to control world government. A great religious system, centering in the worship
of this political figure, will be promoted by the false prophet (Rev 13:11-18)
which will become worldwide. At the return of Christ this politico-religious
system will be destroyed (Rev 19:20).

When someone uses the word tribulation, they usually refer to the seven year tribulation. However, there are those who refer to the Great Tribulation as the tribulation.
Could it be that the Last Day (last year) is the Day of the Lord. If that is true then the Day of the Lord is one year instead of three and a half years or even 7 years. Therefore, it is much shortened.
22. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved (Matt 24:13): but for the elect's sake (Matt. 10:2; 24:24,31; 22:14; Lk 18:7; Isa 45:4; Rev. 21:14) those days shall be shortened (Acts 9:31). (Lev 23:24; Day of the Trumpet); Amos 8:9 (Day of the Lord (400 + verses); Rev 8:12 Fourth Trumpet--1/3 light darkened.
In essence, this refers to the time period between Abomination of Desolation and the Day of the Trumpet.
The end of the days being shortened is caused by the return of Christ at Trumpets cutting off the Great Tribulation at the worst part of the Great Tribulation.
If this went on and on without an intervention of Christ and thus a shortening of the days of this period of Antichrist, false christs and false prophets, "no flesh should be saved." And that shortening does not have to deny or contradict any of 1260 days of Daniel's 70th week as the Great Tribulation period.
Elect--Those redeemed during the tribulation days. The elect of this age
(Israel and the church) will have been translated before that time begins. (Is 65:8; Matt
24:24, 31; 22:14; Lk 18:7; Is 45:4; Prov 10:27). Day of Trumpet 2016 is the possibility or Sept. 23rd, 2017.
It is believed that the prewrath rapture may occur prior to the trumpet
judgments or bowl judgements but some believe that we may also go through the
trumpet and/or the bowl judgments.

The Day of the Lord begins with the Day of Trumpet gathering and an global earthquake
(Rev. 8:4) with the possibility of the first trumpet judgment on OCT 13, 2016
towards the end of the Shemitah year. The Day of Atonement then would have the
asteroid by sea/land and this could very well be in 2016 before the end of the year.
Joel 2 one mentions Day of the Lord. Joel 2:15 (Day of Atonement)= Lev. 16/23:27-34 Day of Atonement.
Isaiah teaches the Day of the Lord is a one year event and covers both the Trumpet and Bowl Jurdgments of Revelation.
Watch for a global earthquake between Sept. 15th to Oct. 15th timeframe and especially Oct. 13th. The earthquake will be in the range of 6.0 to 10.0.

The
rabbis similarly warn against credulity:

of redemption is coming, don't believe him, for it is written, "The day of

How will you determine if false Christ is real or not. Many people think
they can determine if a prophet is true one or not by whether what he
prophesies takes place. That is not totally accurate. There is a litmus test in
Deuteronomy 13.
False preachers teach a tameon--secret, unknown, unobserved,
mysterious--rapture that will allegedly take them out of the world before the
great tribulation that Yeshua clearly states that his disciples will all be a
part. When no one is raptured as promised by the peace and prosperity prophets
of churchianity, the decieved believers will be harvested in a snare that will
be so deadly that they will hate and betray each other to death, without a
second thought (The Chronological Gospels by Michael Rood, p. 212).
25. Behold, I have told you before. This is a
warning as well as a prediction.
26.
Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the
desert\wilderness (2 Cor 11:26); go not forth (Jer 6:25): behold, he is in the
secret chambers\inner rooms (2 Cor 11:23); believe it not (do not turn aside;
aman. Matthew 5:25. 24:4).
Yeshua states that the saints will not need to come to him--he is
sending his angels to gather his martyred saints like vultures swooping down
upon a dead carcass--the dead in Messiah will rise first and then we who are
alive and remain will be caught up (Grk: Harpadzo) together with them to meet
Yeshua in the air (I Thess 4:13-18).
Yeshua warns that there will come flase prophets who assert to come in
his name and authority, yet they will mislead the saints into a skandalidzo
(snare) that will destroy those who are captured therein (Matthew 24:10). He
foretells this deadly trap would be set by those proclaiming that he would come
back in a secret rapture--unseen and unobservable. He stated very plainly not
to be deceived by them and do not follow those who preach a secret rapture
before the great tribulation that begins at the abomination of desolation
prophesied by Daniel, Yeshua, Shaul\Paul, and Yochanan\John. Only by taking
heed to the instructions of Yeshua will we not be deceived by those who
prophesy falsely. Those who heed the false prophets proclaiming the false
'peace and safety" of the pretribulation rapture gospel will be unprepared
for the ordeal and will fall victim to the deadly snare of hasatan.
28. For
wheresoever the carcase is (Rev 11:8,9; 19:17), there will the eagles\vultures
be gathered together (Psalm 14:4. Matthew 13:4; 23:26; Rev. 18:2). Day of Atonement.
The tribulation will be terminated by the second advent of
the Lord Jesus Christ to the earth (Matt 24:22, 29-30; Rev 19:11-16; Zech
14:1-7).
Birds preying on carrion seem to refer
here to persons used by demonic spirits to carry out evil purposes; they gather
around false messiahs (corpses) and draw people away from the truth. Scholars
surmise that Yeshua is quoting a folk proverb.
The disciples had asked concerning
the times, When these things should be? Yeshua gave them no answer to that; but
they had also asked, What shall be the sign? This question he answers fully.
The prophecy first respects events near at hand, the destruction of Jerusalem,
the end of the Jewish church and state, the calling of the Gentiles, and the
setting up of Yeshua's kingdom in the world; but it also looks to the general
judgment; and toward the close, points more particularly to the latter. What Yeshua
here said to his disciples, tended more to promote caution than to satisfy
their curiosity; more to prepare them for the events that should happen, than
to give a distinct idea of the events. This is that good understanding of the
times which all should covet, thence to infer what Israel ought to do. Our
Savior cautions his disciples to stand on their guard against false teachers.
And he foretells wars and great commotions among nations. From the time that
the Jews rejected Yeshua, and he left their house desolate, the sword never
departed from them. See what comes of refusing the gospel. Those who will not
hear the messengers of peace shall be made to hear the messengers of war. But
where the heart is fixed, trusting in God, it is kept in peace, and is not
afraid. It is against the mind of Yeshua, that his people should have troubled
hearts, even in troublous times. When we looked forward to the eternity of
misery that is before the obstinate refusers of Yeshua and his gospel, we may
truly say, The greatest earthly judgments are but the beginning of sorrows. It
is comforting that some shall endure even to the end. Our Lord foretells the
preaching of the gospel in the entire world. The end of the world shall not be
till the gospel has done its work. Yeshua foretells the ruin coming upon the
people of the Jews; and what he said here, would be of use to his disciples,
for their conduct and for their comfort. If God opens a door of escape, we
ought to make our escape, otherwise we do not trust God, but tempt him. It
becomes Yeshua's disciples, in times of public trouble, to be much in prayer:
that is never out of season, but in a special manner seasonable when we are
distressed on every side. Though we must take what God sends, yet we may pray
against sufferings; and it is very trying to a good man, to be taken by any
work of necessity from the solemn service and worship of God on the sabbath
day. But here is one word of comfort, that for the elect's sake these days
shall be made shorter than their enemies designed, who would have cut all off,
if God, who used these foes to serve his own purpose, had not set bounds to
their wrath. Yeshua foretells the rapid spreading of the gospel in the world.
It is plainly seen as the lightning. Yeshua preached his gospel openly. The
Romans were like an eagle, and the ensign of their armies was an eagle. When a
people, by their sin, make themselves as loathsome carcasses, nothing can be
expected but that God should send enemies to destroy them. It is very
applicable to the Day of Judgment, the coming of our Lord Jesus Yeshua in that
day, 2 Thess. 2:1. Let us give diligence to make our calling and election sure;
then may we know that no enemy or deceiver shall ever prevail against us.
Luk 21:24 And they
shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all
nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times
of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
Many
believe the prophetic message in the final part of this verse has been
fulfilled in our own days, after nearly two thousand years. If so, it
constitutes a powerful argument for believing in Yeshua.
The
verse's opening passage, "Some will fall by the edge of the sword,"
was initially fulfilled in the rebellion of 66-70, when over a million Jews may
have perished (see below). Moreover, its fulfillment was grievously repeated
throughout history, often by those who called themselves Christians and claimed
to be acting in the name of the Jewish Messiah. The phrase, "the edge of
the sword." is found also in Jer_21:7 and Sir_28:18 (in the Apocrypha).
The
second clause, "Others will be carried into all the countries of the
Goyim," could stand as a heading for a history of the Jewish Diaspora.
Josephus (Wars of the Jews 6:9:1, 3) states that 1,100,000 Jews were slain and
97,000 carried away captive as slaves by the Romans in the war of 66-70. The
Diaspora is predicted as early as in the words of Moses (Deu_28:63-68) and
dates at least to the Assyrian conquest of Israel (722 B.C.E.) and the
Babylonian Captivity (586 B.C.E.; see Ezr_9:7). But the Roman slaughter and
destruction brought the Jewish nation to an end: the Diaspora, in a national
sense, had previously been partial; now and in the Second Rebellion (132-135
C.E.) it became all but total.
And
Yerushalayim will be trampled down by the Goyim until the age (literally,
"seasons") of the Goyim has run its course. Consider this prophecy in
the light of Psa_79:1 ("O God, Goyim have come into your inheritance; they
have defiled your holy Temple; they have laid Yerushalayim in heaps"),
Isa_63:18 ("... our adversaries have trampled down your sanctuary")
and Dan_9:26 ("After sixty-two sevens Messiah will be cut off, with nothing
left to him; and the people of a prince yet to come will destroy the city and
the sanctuary.... ").
The
Romans permitted Jews to continue living in Jerusalem after 70 C.E., but in the
wake of the Second Rebellion under the false messiah Shim'on Bar-Kosiba all
Jews were expelled, and the city, now entirely Gentile, was renamed Aelia
Capitolina. (However, Jews continued to live in B'nei-B'rak, Yavneh, Tzippori,
Tiberias and other locations throughout the Land of Israel. In fact, there has
been a Jewish presence in Eretz-Israel continuously since the time of King
David.)
Roman
rule continued until 324, the Byzantine Empire controlled Jerusalem until 614
and the Persians governed briefly until 629. In 638 Muslim Arabs conquered the
Holy City; and the Ummayads, ruling from Damascus, built the Dome of the Rock
mosque on what was believed to be the site of the Jewish Temple, completing it
in 691. The Abbasid Arabs took over in 750; their capital was Baghdad. The
Egyptians imposed their rule in 878. The Crusaders, thinking they were acting
in the name of Yeshua, came to the Holy Land in 1096 "to reclaim it from
the infidels." In 1099 they not only defeated the Muslims but massacred
all the Jews they could find. The Crusaders in turn were driven out in 1187 by
the Kurdish Ayyubid leader Salach-ed-Din (Saladin).
Battles
between Crusaders and Muslim Arabs continued until 1244, with dominion being
established by the Egyptian Mamluks in 1250; formerly military slaves of the
Ayyubids, they had overthrown their masters. Suleiman ( = Solomon) the Great
displaced them in 1517, and his Ottoman Turks held sway in the Holy Land for
400 years until they were defeated by Britain's General Allenby in World War I.
The British Mandate given by the League of Nations lasted until 1948, when, in
the wake of the Nazi Holocaust, the world's conscience was momentarily pricked
enough to permit the State of Israel to be established by a
just-over-two-thirds vote of the United Nations General Assembly. By the U. N.
plan of 1947 Jerusalem was to have been an internationalized city, but when
five Arab countries attacked Israel within hours of her independence she fought
back and conquered the western, more modern part of Jerusalem. Nevertheless the
Old City of Jerusalem, the portion the present verse speaks about, which
includes the Temple site, was occupied by Jordan until the Six-Day War. On June
8, 1967, the Israeli army entered the Old City and converged on the Western
("Wailing") Wall, liberating Yerushalayim at last.
Many
regard that as the moment when Yeshua's prophecy was fulfilled-1,897 years of
Gentile rule over Yerushalayim came to an end, and she is no longer
"trampled down by the Goyim," because "the age of the Goyim has
run its course"; at last Yeshua's words have come true. Others date the
fulfillment from Israel's 1980 proclamation that Jerusalem is a united city
under Israeli sovereignty. Still others will not consider it fulfilled until
Muslims no longer control the Temple Mount.
Those
who adhere to Replacement theology-also called Covenant theology, Dominion
theology, Kingdom Now theology, Christian Reconstructionism, and (in England)
Restorationism-hold that the Church is the "new" or
"spiritual" Israel, having replaced the "old" Israel, the Jews,
as God's people. According to this view the Jewish people no longer have
promises from God, only curses; therefore they deny any significance after 70
C.E. to the "times of the Gentiles." The falseness of this
interpretation follows logically if Replacement theology itself is refuted-for
which see references in Mat_5:5.
In the
Talmud a lengthy series of speculations on when the Messiah will come includes
the following paragraph, which resembles Yeshua's prediction in the present
verse:
"Rabbi
Chama bar-Chanina said, 'The Son of David will not come until even the pettiest
[hazola] kingdom stops having power over Israel, for it is written, "He
will cut off the shoots [hazalzalim, a related word, understood here as a
metaphor for "petty kingdoms"] with pruning hooks, and he will hew
down and remove the branches." And this is followed by, "In that time
shall Adonai of heaven's armies be presented with the gift of a people
scattered and peeled" (Isa_18:5, Isa_18:7).' " (Sanhedrin 98a)
What
follows may seem a digression, but it is tied to the present verse by the
concept of waiting two thousand years to see something happen. Messianic Jews
hold that Messianic Judaism is the modern continuation of a Jewish stream which
began in the first century with the Jewish followers of Yeshua. Opponents claim
we ignore the intervening centuries of historical conflict between the Church
and the Jewish people-as Israel High Court Justice Meir Shamgar wrote in the
Esther Dorflinger verdict:
"For
this purpose [to convince the Court she was a Jew entitled to make aliyah
(immigrate) under Israel's Law of Return] she made exaggerations with long and
tortuous arguments concerning the possibilities of her being a Jew who believes
in Jesus' being the Messiah, as if we are still living in the beginning of the
first century of the Christian Era, as if since then nothing had occurred in
all that relates to the crystallization of the religious frameworks and the
separation from Judaism of all those who chose another path." (Israel High
Court of Justice Case #563/77)
I have
two comments. First, the entire Zionist enterprise has had a virtually
identical premise. For two thousand years the Jews had no home in Eretz-Israel.
Those who opposed Zionism criticized its "long and tortuous arguments
concerning the possibilities of" recreating a Jewish state, "as if we
were still living in the first century of the Christian Era, as if since then
nothing had occurred in all that relates to the crystallization of"
political, social and "religious frameworks." Fortunately, the
anti-Zionists were wrong-as is Justice Shamgar. (My thanks to Israeli Messianic
Jews Menahem Benhayim and Ari Sorko-Ram, who both suggested this parallel.)
Second,
if "religious frameworks" have "crystallized" in a way that
separates "from Judaism all who chose another path," then it is a
task of Messianic Judaism to persuade Christians and Jews alike to
decrystallize the frameworks so as to bring them into line with reality. Jews
who honor Yeshua remain Jewish. It is God who made us Jewish; and neither the
rabbis, the Jewish people nor Israel's High Court of Justice can overrule God's
reality and de-Jew us. (Stern).
It is
believed that the second coming will be during the Jubilee year.

Dan 8:10), and the powers\army of the heavens (the Jews. Dan 4:35) shall be shaken (Hosea 9:17)
Lk 17:37; Jb 39:30; Hab 1:8; Ezk 39:17.
Understand
this to refer to the Great Day of Adonai (Joe 3:1-5; 2:28-32; Isa 13:9-10).
Darkened: Rev:6:12 (v. 16/17 wrath
of the lamb); Amos 8:9 (Day of the Lord); Isa 13:9-10; Joel 2:31; Joel
3:15--Armageddon; Rev 8:12 4th Trumpet 1/3 darkened. This astral phenomena which will accompany
the return of the Son of Man are foretold in Isa 13:9-10 and Joel 2:31, 3:15.
(Is 34:4; Rev 6:13; Mt 24:21; Is 13:10; Ezek 32:7; Acts 2:20; Rev 6:12; 8:12)
Here we have a Hebrew idiom. The word powers can also refer to army. Shaken can also mean wonder around. Therefore, mankind will be in chaos.
After the tribulation of those days refers to end of Worldwide persecution of all saints by death. It also refers to the rest of the seals and birthing pains. Will we see the birthing pains be over or not, time will tell.
Some people believe this will occur at the beginning of Armageddon (Joel 3:15) on the Day of the Trumpet at the Second Coming.
Stars falling refers to meteor showers and/or asteroids or
even angels.
This verse also tells us to look into the Heavens and watch the Heavens. Since Virgo ties into the birth of Christ and Leo the Lion of the tribe of Judah which is above Virgo's head is the end (Rev 12:1-2) and refers to the day of Christ's return for Armageddon then should we not be looking to heaven (i.e. events happening on the Zodiac constellations such as 7 planets (3,2,2) lining up in three constellations on a feast day in Sept. 2015, 2017; 5 planets in 2 (3,2) constellations on a feast day (Sept. 2015, 2017) or the global lineup of planets forming a cross on a feast day (Sept. 2015), total Lunar Eclipses on feast days).
Genesis 1:14 The
sun, moon and stars (constellations and
other events such as asteroids, meteors, comets, Planet X, nukes?) are for signs (signals) and seasons
(Moed/Moedim: God's appointed times (Lev. 23 which also ties into Lev. 25
(Jubilee's)).
Everything in the heavens is declaring the coming of the Messiah for His bride. In Psalm 89:37, God says the moon is His faithful witness in the heavens. It testifies of His covenantal faithfulness to the seed of King David and that it will be one of his seed who will rule on the throne of Jerusalem, the undivided capital of Israel! (Biltz)
Mankind will be running in fear with chaos. Rev 6:16-17 has men hiding in caves and under rocks because they do not want to face the Wrath of the Lamb.
Now let's look at this astronomically.
Job 9:9
Which maketh Arcturus, Orion, and Pleiades, and the chambers of the
south.
Arcturus is located in the constellation Bootes. If you look up the word Arcturus in Hebrew, you will see that it means "to assemble". The same word is found in Joel 3:11 "Assemble yourselves, and come." Arcturus= Awsh; ash; uwsh; Ayish Heb 5906 Maybe Great Bear.
Booteez. The Hebrew word Bo means "to come". The constellation Bootes represents the coming of the Messiah. It is pictured as a man walking rapidly, with a spear in his right hand and a sickle in his left hand. You see this being referred to in Psalms 96:12-13: Let the field be joyful, and all that is therein: then shall all the trees of the wood rejoice 96:13 Before the LORD: for he cometh (Bo), for he cometh to judge the earth: he shall judge the world with righteousness, and the people with his truth.
Joel 3:11-16 11
(Armageddon) Assemble (Awsh) yourselves, and come (Bo), all ye heathen,
and gather yourselves together round about: thither cause thy mighty ones to
come down, O LORD. 12 Let the heathen be wakened, and come up to
the valley of Jehoshaphat: for there will I sit to judge all the heathen round
about. 13
Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the
press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great. 14 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of
decision: for the day of the LORD is
near in the valley of decision. 15 The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and
the stars shall withdraw their shining. 16 The LORD also shall roar out of Zion, and
utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but
the LORD will be the hope of his people,
and the strength of the children of Israel.
Another twist to the Scripture is this: Jesus said “Immediately after the tribulation. (Last two thousands years) shall the sun be darkened, ( The Grace of God’s LOVE will be gone) and the moon shall not give her light, (The scripture) and the stars shall fall from heaven, (DEVILS will over run the Earth) and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:(The Powers of Governments over earth)” HANG ON TO HIS GRACE! This ties into Isaiah 5:20ff.
(Matt 24:3; Dan 7:13; Rev 1:7; Matt 24:3, 37, 39; 16:27) The sign. Some
think this is the lightening of v. 27; others, the Shekinah, or glory, of
Yeshua; still others leave it unspecified. At any rate, the Son of man Himself
will come visibly (Rev 1:7) and with a shout and the sound of a trumpet. There
seems to be no reason for not taking this part of Jesus' teaching as plainly as
other parts.
Zech 12:10-14 refers to the day when the people of Israel will mourn
over God, who has been pierced, as they would mourn over a firstborn son. Jn 19:37
Here and at Rev 1:7, there the same
passage is Zechariah is cited, Greek ge in other English versions is rendered
"earth", not "Land." Besides obscuring the NT's support for
the Jewish people's claim to the Land of
Israel today, this erroneous translation ignores the fact that Zechariah is
clearly speaking of the Land of Israel and not the whole earth. Matt 5:5
Although Greek gê can mean either
"earth" or "land," in Psalm 37 the Hebrew word
"eretz" means "Land" (and not "earth") not less
than six times: those of Israel who trust in Adonai will "dwell in the
Land" (Mat_5:3); and those of Israel who wait upon Adonai (Mat_5:9), are
meek (Mat_5:11, cited here), are blessed by Adonai (Mat_5:22), are righteous
(Mat_5:29) and keep his way (Mat_5:34) will "inherit the Land." The
term "inherit" in the Tanakh refers to the Jewish people's
inheritance from God, which includes, in addition to spiritual elements, not
the whole earth but a specific small territory on the east shore of the
Mediterranean Sea.
Because
the Gospel is universal, and because of the false theology teaching that God is
no longer interested in the Jews as a nation, Christians have tended to suppose
that the New Testament somehow cancels God's promise to give the Jewish people
the Land of Israel. No small amount of opposition to the present-day State of
Israel on the part of Christians is based on this false assumption. To combat
this error it is important for Jews and Christians alike to understand that the
New Testament does not alter any of God's promises to the Jewish people; God's
literal promises are not somehow spiritualized out of existence "in
Christ."
Further
evidence that the Land of Israel belongs forever to the Jewish people:
Psa_105:7-11 shows God using words and phrases of great
certainty-"everlasting covenant," "swore,"
"oath," etc.-to speak of this promise. At Heb_6:17-18 the author
speaks of God's promise and his oath as "two unchangeable things, in
neither of which God could lie." At 47 places in the Tanakh God swears to
give the Land to Israel. This is the kind of language the Bible uses to assure
us that the promise of the Land to the Jews is eternal and irrevocable.
Eighteen
times in the New Testament the Greek phrase "ê geê" refers to the
Land of Israel. As mentioned, two are explicit-Mattityahu calls the Holy Land
"Eretz-Israel" twice (Mat_2:20-21). Four are citations from the
Tanakh-here (Psa_37:11), Mat_24:30 and Rev_1:7 (Zec_12:10, Zec_12:14), and
Eph_6:3 (Deu_5:17). Five are based on the Tanakh without being
citations-Luk_4:25 and Jas_5:17, Jas_5:18 (1Ki_17:1; 1Ki_18:1, 1Ki_18:41-45),
Heb_11:9 (Genesis 12, 13, 15, 20, 23), and Rev_20:9 (Ezekiel 38-39). The remaining
eight are implied by the context-Mat_5:13, Mat_10:34, Mat_27:45; Mar_15:33;
Luk_12:51, Luk_21:23, Luk_23:44; Rev_11:10. Because Replacement theologians
claim that God no longer promises the Land of Israel to the Jews, it is
important to see that the New Testament still gives Jewish possession of the
physical Land of Israel a significant place in God's plan. (Stern)
31. And he shall send his angels with a great
sound of a trumpet (Day of Trumpet; Matt 13:41; Isa 27:13; I Cor 15:52; I Thess
4:16; Ex 19:16; Zec 9:14; Rev 8:2; 11:15), and they shall gather together his
elect (Isa. 44:1; Acts 10:35; Matt 24:22) from the four winds\spirits (ruwach;
Dan. 7:2; Zec 2:6; Rev. 7:1), from one end of heaven to the other (Deut. 4:32).
Compare Matt 25:1-13.
This verse refers to the Day of the
Trumpet. The ram's horn is blown at the season of the Jewish High Holy Days,
one hundred times on Rosh-HaShanah (New year), also called the Feast of
Trumpets; and once at the end of Yom-Kippur (Day of Atonement). Judaism also
understands that the Day of Judgment will be announced by blasts on the
shofar. See also 1Co 15:52; 1Th 4:16;
Rev 8:2.
Rev 6:12-17 This occurs at a red-blood moon (Hunter Moon in Sept.-Oct.)
when the sun is darkened and an earthquake on the earth.
This event is to take place in
any given September of 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, etc.
On the very day that Christ returns was the same day as the creation of
the earth.
The Day of the Lord refers to God’s special interventions into the
course of world events to judge His enemies, accomplish His purpose for
history, and thereby demonstrate who He is as the sovereign God of the universe.
This time of God’s special intervention known primarily as The Day of the Lord has been referred to by other terms in scripture, such as the Time of Jacob’s Trouble (Jer. 30:7); His Strange Work/Act (Isa. 28:21); the Day of Israel’s Calamity (Deut. 32:35); the Indignation (Isa. 26:20; Dan. 11:36); the Overflowing Scourge (Isa. 28:15, 18); the Day of Vengeance (Isa. 34:8; 35:4; 61:2); the Day of Wrath/Distress/Wasteness/Desolation (Zeph. 1:15); the Day of Darkness/Thick Darkness/Gloominess (Zeph. 1:15, Joel 2:2); the Day of Trumpet and Alarm (Zeph. 1:16); the hour of trial (Rev. 3:10); the Wrath to Come (1 Thess. 1:10); the Wrath (1 Thess. 5:9), and the Hour of His Judgment (Rev. 14:7). In some instances, the Day of the Lord, due to its unique nature and importance, has been referred to as simply “that day” (Isa. 2:11, 17; 2:20; 4:2; Joel 3:18; Mark 13:32; Luke 21:34; 2 Tim. 1:12, 18; 4:8), and Day of the Lord in the major prophets.

Prophetic parable of the fig
tree Matt 24:32-44; Mk 13:28-33; Lk
21:29-33
32. Now
learn a parable of the fig tree (Israel: Hosea 9:10; Jer. 24:1-8; Joel 1:7);
When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is
nigh\near: (Jam 5:9; Rev 3:20)
The fig tree here is often taken to
represent the Jewish people or Israel. See also Mar 11:12-14; 11:20-24. The leaves on the "one" figtree,
when all others were bore, caught Jesus' eye "afar off"; as the fruit
precedes the leaves, naturally He might have expected, for satisfying His
hunger, figs from a tree with such a precocious show of leaf, even though the
season of figs was not yet come. Acts 1:6."Restoring of the kingdom to
Yisrael". May 14 1948 CE. 5 Iyyar 5708. Declaration of The
State of Israel. May 14 was Pentecost
which is a feast day found in Lev. 23.
It was the unseasonable display of leaves which led Him to
come and see "if haply (if as might naturally be expected) He might find
anything thereon." Similarly the Jews (for it was an acted parable) had
the show of religion before the. general time of religious privileges; but that
was all, the fruit of real love which ought to precede the profession was
wanting. The "for" expresses the unseasonableness of the leaves.
"He found nothing but leaves (i.e. He found no figs); FOR the time of figs
was not yet." Mark states why no fruit was found, "for," etc.
The reason why it ought to have had fruit is left for us to infer, namely, its
abnormal precocious leaves, which Christ had a right to expect would be
accompanied with abnormal fruit, for the fig fruit precedes the leaf. Christ
cursed it, not because it was fruitless, (for the season of figs was not yet,
and if it had been leafless He would not have sought fruit on it,) but because
it was false to its high pretensions.
Thomson (The Land and the Book) says that in a sheltered
spot figs of an early kind may occasionally be found ripe as soon as the
beginning of April, the time of Christ's cursing the fig tree. In Mat_21:19 it
is "one fig tree," standing out an exception to all the rest. The
Jews' sin was, they were singled out by God from all nations (Amo_3:2), and had
the Tower to bring forth the leaves of precocious profession but not the will
to bring forth the fruit of faith and love. The sheltering hillside of Olivet
had protected it, the sunlight had cherished it, and the dews of heaven watered
it; but precocious leaves were the only result.
Compare Isaiah 5 as to God's care of Israel; the only
result was not merely unfruitfulness but deceptiveness, "the rustling
leaves of a religious profession, barren traditions of the Pharisees, and vain
exuberance of words without the good fruit of works" (Wordsworth);
ostentatious promise of antedating the Gentile church in fruit, without performance;
pretentious show and hypocrisy. Fig trees overhanging the road from Jerusalem
to Bethany still grow out of the rocks of the mountain which, the Lord said,
faith could remove to the distant sea (Mat 21:21). On Olivet too was spoken the
parable of the budding fig tree, the sign of coming summer (Luk 21:29-30).
33. So
likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at
the doors (Jam 5:9; Rev 3:20).
The Advent will be sudden, Mat
24:36; and will find men unprepared, Mat 24:38. The Jewish people will exist as
a people till then, Mat 24:34.
Some say that this does not refer to the nation of Israel but to the
abomination of desolation. The point Yeshua makes is this: when one sees
"all these things come to pass"--which refers to the events
surrounding the "abomination of desolation" spoken by the prophet
Daniel--know that that gereation will not pass until all is fulfilled. The
abomination of desolation is the key event that begins the telos (the end of
the age), which will conclude with the appearing of the Messiah to gather the
saints in a time of great tribulation. The wars, earthquakes, terrorisms, and
believers hating and killing each other are all signs that "the end is not
yet" because all of these things "must come to pass" before the
"abomination of desolation."
(Matt 10:23; 16:28; 23:36) NO one
living when Jesus spoke these words lived to see "all these things"
come to pass. However, the Greek word can mean "race" or
"family," which makes good sense here; i.e., the Jewish race will be
preserved, in spite of terrible persecution, until the Lord comes.
If the greek e genea avte means this people, the Yeshua is guaranteeing
that the Jews will persist as a people until the second coming. He is echoing
the promise of Jer 31:35-37.
Thus saith the Lord, which giveth the sun
for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light
by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The Lord of hosts
is his name: If those ordinances depart from before me, saith the Lord, then
the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever.
Thus saith the Lord; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of
the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for
all that they have done, saith the Lord.
Thus after proclaiming the New Covenant at
Jeremiah 31:31-34, God immediately states that the Jewish people will last at
least as long as the sun and moon. Both Yeshua and Jeremiah refute Replacelemt
Theology.
However, e genea avte could mean
"this generation." If so, Yeshua must have meant either his onw
generation or a future one. If his own, the either all these things already
happened long ago, an interpretation which strains credibility if words mean
anything; or they did not happen, in which case prophecy was false, since his own generation passed
away by the early second century at the latest. Those who think he meant that a
future generation will see all these things happen have the problem of
determining how to recognize it, because vv. 4-33 can be variously understood.
Thus some believe "this generation" began with the founding of the
state of Israel in 1948 or with Israel's recovery of the Old City of Jerusalem
in 1967, while others maintain it has not begun yet. Also, what constitutes a
generations' passing away? A biblical generation (40 years) the average age at
death (70-80 years), or when the last
person born at the indicated time has grown old and died (100-plus years?)
Arndt and Gingrich's A Greek-English Lexicon is inconclusive. Under
"genea' gives the root meaning, "family, descent," and adds: 1.
Literally, those descent from a common ancestor, a clan; then race, kind
generically...The meaning nation is advocated by some in Matt 24:34, Mk 13:30,
Lk 21:32; but see also 2. 2 Basically the sum total of those born at the same
time, expanded in include all those living at a given time--generation;
contemporaries (cf. Gen 7:1; Ps 11:8
(and many NT references, including all three cited under "1")."
The best passage to use to
determine the age of a generation is Psalm 90:10 “The days of our years are
threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore
years.” Now a generation age cannot be anything number less 60 years because we
are already 60 plus years down the time line sense the birth of the nation of
Israel on May 14th 1948. So we will use
the threescore years and ten which is 70 years because this number of years
fits best into solving the equation for solving the Lord's return date. I will
explain why this fits better than using the 80 years for the age of a
generation later on.
So with the birth of the nation of
Israel that occurred on May 14th 1948. Plus the time frame for a generation to live
is to be 70 or 80 years long, this from Psalm 90:10 brings us to the maximum
outside return date for our Lord Yeshua of 2028. It cannot go beyond that point
with the information we have presented so far. Now we need to look at some
other considerations. The Jubilee year! Leviticus 25, Yeshua will only return
on Yom Kippur and a Jubilee year. And the next one will occur on September 30th
2017. So the 2028 date is too far out of
range if we use 80 years from Psalm 90:10 but if we use the max age of 70 years
that brings us up to only 2018.

Hebrew Idiom
An idiom is an expression, a term, or a phrase whose meaning cannot be deduced from the literal definitions and the arrangement of its parts, but refers instead to a figurative meaning that is known only through the conventional use of a specific language.
Mat 24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. (Mk 13:32; Ac 1:6,7)
When the days of the Messiah approach, even
children will be able to discover secrets of wisdom, and through them be able
to calculate the time of the end; then it will be revealed to all.' "
(Zohar 1:117b-118a).

note: In the Son's humanity, Jesus did not know when the day or hour would be.
During this time on earth, Yeshua voluntary waived some of His divine

1) This verse may refer to the return of His second coming in Matthew
24:31. If you notice the year is not mentioned, the season is not mentioned,
the month is not mentioned. The year is a year of Jubilee. The next one is in
2017 (6003), then 2067 (6053), then 2117 (6103). The season is in the Fall based
on Lev. 23:24ff. The month according to the Julian calendar is Tishrei or the
seventh month biblically again based on Leviticus 23. The first of the month is called Rosh Codesh
and it begins on the sliver of the new moon. In September of 2017, for example,
it is on the 23rd or 24th. Since these days are shortened, then we have to add
2-3 days more. Just by guessing, we don't know the day of the day. All we know
is that it will be on the first sliver of the new moon in any given September.
See notes Matt 24:31. Some people claim that Jesus was speaking only to people living in the first century of not knowing the day or hour, not to people living today.
2) There is another interpretation to this
verse and that refers to the end of the earth because of Matt 24:35 which Matt
24:36 follows. This month is Tishrei which is the 7th Biblical month in
September/October which is tied to Leviticus 23:24ff which is called the Day of
Trumpet. According to Torahcalendar.com, this will be in the year 3015. The
earth began in the 7th month in 3986 BC according to Torahcalendar.com so it is
fitting that it will end in the same month.
The 7th month was the first month until 1441 or 1446 BC when the Exodus
occurred in Exodus 12. Beginning in that year Abib/Nisan became the first month
and it is in the spring in March/April and it begins on the first sliver of the
new moon.
3) Day and hour refers to the Day of Atonement
for it is 25 hours long (i.e. one day plus one hour).
4)
Pentecost is also known as the Day and hour no man knoweth.
5)
Passover is day and hour no man knoweth.
6)
Because we by this time period have gone through the Trumpet and Bowl
judgments, there may not be electricity, the sun will be 1/3rd gone, the moon,
and stars will be 1/3rd gone, we have had 3 days of darkness, so Yeshua shall
come as a thief in the night.
According to the Jewish wedding,
Yeshua\Jesus is in Heaven building His house while the bride on earth is
preparing herself for the wedding. When the house is ready for the bride, the
groom comes for her. (Matt 25:1-13). This will be on the Day of Trumpet (Lev
23:24). The story in Matt 25:1-13 clearly teaches watchfulness (v. 13); i.e.,
only those who are prepared for His
coming will enter the kingdom.
Leviticus
23 is connected to Leviticus 25:9-10 (Jubilee year) and especially verses
20-23. 2016-2017 is the 120th Jubilee, the 70th Jubilee,
and the 50th Jubilee year.
Mat 24:37 But as the days of Noe\Noah (Lk 17:26-27; Gen
6:1-7:6-24) were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be (Matt 24:3, 30,
39; 16:27). beforeitsnews.com/prophecy/2014/12/just-released-creatures-from-hell-on-earth-today-monsters-dragons-and-dinosaurs-the-truth-finally-revealed-noahs-ark-the-great-flood-creation-existence-and-more-absolutely-stunning-video-2466308.html
(Matt 8:20; Job 22:15-17; Luk 17:26-27; Heb
11:7; 1 Pe 3:20-21; 2 Pe 2:5, 3:6)
As the
deluge surprised the world, so will the Lord's coming. Our Lord assumes, that
there was a flood sent in judgment in the days of Noah. He endorses the history
contained in the book of Genesis.
People
also believe this to seeing Nephilim among us and also demons in soulless
bodies which the government plans to unleash. Others believe these demons will
take over our bodies in droves. Time will tell.
In Matthew 24:37 we read, “But as the days of Noah were, so
shall also the coming [parousia] of the Son of man be.” And the same account in
Luke 17:26, 30; “As it was in the days of Noah...Even thus shall it be in the
day when the Son of man is revealed [apokalupsis].” This refers to the same
event and not two separate events divided by a seven year period as some
believe the two Greek words refer to.
Noah
was long before Moses, so in his time the first month was the month of Tishrei
rather than Abib. So when you adjust your thinking to God's Biblical calendar
in Noah's day, what do you find?
Gen 7:11 In the six
hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the
month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the
windows of heaven were opened. Gen
7:12 And the rain was upon the earth
forty days and forty nights.
The
second month was Cheshvan (Oct-Nov). When you count 40 days from the 17th day,
you come to Kislev 27 which is in the Middle of Hanukkah. Next stop Resurrection
Sunday.
Gen 8:3 And the
waters returned from off the earth continually: and after the end of the
hundred and fifty days the waters were abated.
Gen 8:4 And the ark
rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, upon the mountains
of Ararat.
The seventh month at that time was Abib (March-April). We know Passover is celebrated on the fourteenth of Abib. Yeshua/Jesus rose on the 16th/17th/18th depending on how you count. Note: Messianics and the Damascus documents believe that Yeshua was sacrificed on a Wednesday.
Jesus rose on the
same day as the ark rested!
Gen 8:13 And it came
to pass in the six hundredth and first year, in the first month, the first day
of the month, the waters were dried up from off the earth: and Noah removed the
covering of the ark, and looked, and, behold, the face of the ground was dry.
The first day of the first month is Rosh Hashanah\Yom
Teruah--the very day the earth was created.

Most Christians believe that Christ died on a Friday which is the very same day as Adam was born. Others believe He died on a Wednesday.
Mat 24:38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, (Mt 22:30; Gen 7:7)
Mat 24:39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. (Matt 24:3; 30:37; 16:27; Psalm 2:9. Matt. 8:20. Rev. 12:5)
Mat 24:41 Two women
shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left. (Lk
17:35; Deut 24:6; Ex 11:5; Is 47:2).
This is because the messengers at the end of the age (Matt. 24:3) will remove
the stumbling blocks from the everlasting ones (Dan. 2:44; Matt. 16:16) and
will separate the righteous (Psalm 14:5; Matt. 23:35) from the wicked
('ungodly')". The two resurrections
of judgment.
Mat 24:42 Watch therefore (Isa. 21:6-12; Matt 24:42-44; 25:10, 13; Lk 12:39; 21:36 I Thess 5:6): for ye know not what hour your Lord (Judges 13:8; Matt. 25:18,19) doth come. (Zeph 1:14)
Mat 24:42 Watch therefore (Isa. 21:6-12; Matt 24:42-44; 25:10, 13; Lk 12:39; 21:36 I Thess 5:6): for ye know not what hour your Lord (Judges 13:8; Matt. 25:18,19) doth come. (Zeph 1:14)
According to the Jewish wedding, the groom would come at night to gather
his bride. This usually occurred between dark and midnight. (Matt 25:1-13) The
bridegoom went to the bride's house to obtain his bride and observe certain
religious ceremonies. Then he took his bride to his own home for a resumption
of the festivities. Christ will take His bride to Heaven before the tribulation
(trumpet or bowl judgments) period begins; the He will return with His bride at
His second coming to the marriage supper on earth (Armageddon and the 1000 year
millennium) and throughout eternity. We also see the pictures of the wheat and
tares, sheep and goats.
Hypothesis: Could the first coming be in a Sabbatical year (Lev. 25:1-8)
near the beginning of the 6000 years like the first 3 years. Could the second
coming be in a year of Jubilee near the beginning of 6000 years.
Mat 24:44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man (Psalm 146:3. Job 25:6. Isaiah 51:12. Matthew 24:27) cometh. (Matt 24:42,43; 25:10, 13; Lk 12:39; 21:36; Mt 24:27)
Prophecies concerning faithful servants Matthew 24:45-51; Mk 13:34-37; Lk 21:34-36
Mat 24:45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant (Matt
13:52), whom his lord hath made ruler over his household (Matt 25:40), to give
them meat\food in due season? (Matt 24:45-51; LK 1:42-46; Matt 25:21-23; Lk
16:10; Matt 7:24; 10:16; 25:2; Mt 25:21,23)
Mat 24:46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. Rev 16:15
Mat 24:47 Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him
ruler over all his goods. (Matt 25:21,23; I Jn 5:1)
Mat 24:48 But and if that evil servant (Rev 2:2) shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;
Mat 24:49 And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken\vial ones (zalal; Isa. 46:6; Rev. 18:2);
Mat 24:50 The lord of that servant shall come (Mic. 1:5; Zeph. 1:14; Matt. 25:19) in a day when he looketh not (Matt 24:13) for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of (Acts 1:6),
Mat 24:51 And shall cut him asunder (Dan. 2:41. 11:4. Matthew 12:25,26. Acts 15:39), and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites\ungodly: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth (Psa. 112:10; Matt. 8:2,12; 13:42,50; 22:13; 25:41).
To watch for Yeshua's coming, is to maintain that temper of mind which
we would be willing that our Lord should find us in. We know we have but a
little time to live, we cannot know that we have a long time to live; much less
do we know the time fixed for the judgment. Our Lord's coming will be happy to
those that shall be found ready, but very dreadful to those that is not. If a
man, professing to be the servant of Yeshua, be an unbeliever, covetous,
ambitious, or a lover of pleasure, he will be cut off. Those who choose the
world for their portion in this life, will have hell for their portion in the
other life. May our Lord, when he cometh, pronounce us blessed, and present us
to the Father, washed in his blood, purified by his Spirit, and fit to be
partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light.
The Prewrath view
is that The Day of the Lord means: Trumpet, bowl, Armageddon, Millennium Rev 7
to the end.
Another view on Day
of the Lord means: Bowls, Armageddon, Millennium. Rev 11 to the end.

Great Tribulation\Abomination of
Desolation Matt 24:15 pickup.
Rev 12:6
6. And the woman fled
into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should
feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.
During this final forty-two-month period,
described as the Great Tribulation (see Rev 7:14; vv 13-17 here), because of
its intensity and immensity, the Children of Israel are protected by their God.
He took care of them for forty years as they wandered through the wilderness,
and now He again proves His love to His ancient people by delivering them. Yes,
they shall be saved out of it (Jer. 30:7). And at that time thy people shall be
delivered (Dan. 12:1). Matthew 24:22 adds, For the elect's sake those days
shall be shortened. The "elect" in this text are unmistakably Israel
and/or Jews because they are the "chosen" of God. (See 2 Sam 21:6;
Isaiah 42:1, 45:4, 65:9, 22). Elect in Greek = chosen in Heb. (Heb bahir).
No mention is made of the many hundreds of
years between the ascension (v.5) and the future tribulation (v.6). See Dan
9:27; Matt 24:14, 21; I Thess 4:17.
