The Second Heaven (part 4 of Debunking flat earth)

The Second Heaven (Part 4 of Debunking Flat Earth)

Gen 1:14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons (Leviticus 23), and for days, and years (Leviticus 25—The Shemitah and the Jubilee years):

Lights: H3974; mâ'ôr mâ'ôr me'ôrâh me'ôrâh; (1,2) maw-ore', (3,4) meh-o-raw'
From H215; properly a luminous body or luminary, that is, (abstractly) light (as an element); figuratively brightness, that is, cheerfulness; specifically a chandelier: - bright, light.
H215; 'ôr; ore
A primitive root; to be (causatively make) luminous (literally and metaphorically): - X break of day, glorious, kindle, (be, en-, give, show) light (-en, -ened), set on fire, shine.
The Tabernacle on earth had 7 menorah's in it. The fourth candle is called the Christ candle or servant candle and represents the 4th day which was the creation of the Sun, Moon, and Stars.

Firmament: H7549; râqı̂ya‛; raw-kee'-ah
From H7554; properly an expanse, that is, the firmament or (apparently) visible arch of the sky: - firmament.
H7554: râqa‛; raw-kah'
A primitive root; to pound the earth (as a sign of passion); by analogy to expand (by hammering); by implication to overlay (with thin sheets of metal): - beat, make broad, spread abroad (forth, over, out, into plates), stamp, stretch.
Flat earthers will change the word visible to solid so watch out for this lie of just one little word. Satan comes to deceive, steal, kill, and destroy. It is our unbelief which causes us to follow the deceiver.

Heaven: H8064; shâmayim shâmeh; shaw-mah'-yim, shaw-meh'
The second form being dual of an unused singular; from an unused root meaning to be lofty; the sky (as aloft; the dual perhaps alluding to the visible arch in which the clouds move, as well as to the higher ether where the celestial bodies revolve): - air, X astrologer, heaven (-s).

Gen 1:15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven (Second Heaven) to give light upon the earth (first Heaven): and it was so.
Gen 1:16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.

Stars: H3556; kôkâb; ko-kawb'
Probably from the same as H3522 (in the sense of rolling) or H3554 (in the sense of blazing); a star (as round or as shining); figuratively a prince: - star ([-gazer]).
H3522; kabbôn; kab-bone'
From an unused root meaning to heap up; hilly; Cabbon, a place in Palestine: - Cabbon.
H3554: kâvâh; kaw-vaw'
A primitive root; properly to prick or penetrate; hence to blister (as smarting or eating into): - burn.

A star is type of astronomical object consisting of a luminous spheroid of plasma held together by its own gravity. The nearest star to Earth is the Sun. Many other stars are visible to the naked eye from Earth during the night, appearing as a multitude of fixed luminous points in the sky due to their immense distance from Earth. Historically, the most prominent stars were grouped into constellations and asterisms, the brightest of which gained proper names. Astronomers have assembled star catalogues that identify the known stars and provide standardized stellar designations. However, most of the stars in the Universe, including all stars outside our galaxy, the Milky Way, are invisible to the naked eye from Earth. Indeed, most are invisible from Earth even through the most powerful telescopes. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star

Gen 1:17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,
Gen 1:18 And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.
Gen 1:19 And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.

In examining this, I understand that it is a transparent firmament and if the Sun. Moon, and Stars are within it, then this transparent firmament covers the milky way galaxy and our spiral universe that we are in which is only one of billions upon billions of universes out there.

Stars
STARS.—The stars form part of the Divine creation in Gen_1:1-31. They are invisible in the sunlight, but begin to appear about sunset (Neh_4:21).

In poetical passages hyperbolical expressions are used concerning them. At the creation ‘the morning stars sang together’ (Job_38:7); at the battle between Barak and Sisera ‘the stars in their courses fought against Sisera’ (Jdg_5:20): in the former passage it may be that the angels are described as stars (cf. Rev_1:20 ‘the seven stars are the angels of the seven churches’).

The difference of magnitude in the stars is recognized by St. Paul: ‘one star differeth from another star in glory’ (1Co_15:41). The stars were looked upon as innumerable: ‘tell the stars, if thou be able to tell them’ (Gen_15:5). The appearance of a bright particular star was supposed to portend some great event. Thus Balaam prophesied ‘There shall come forth a star out of Jacob’ (Num_24:17), and this was afterwards interpreted as applying to the Epiphany star (Mat_2:2; see Star of the Magi); and so in 2Pe_1:19 we read of the day-star arising in men’s hearts.

Caution is given against the worship of the stars, in the legislation of Deuteronomy (Deu_4:19), and the punishment of death assigned for the convicted worshipper (see Host of Heaven).

In Apocalyptic literature (Rev_22:16) our Lord describes Himself as ‘the bright, the morning star’; whilst ‘they that turn many to righteousness’ are to shine ‘as the stars for ever and ever’ (Dan_12:3).

The day of the Lord is to be heralded by signs in the stars as well as in the sun and moon (Luk_21:25).

The appearance of shooting stars, which come out of the darkness and go back into it, is alluded to in Jud_1:13 ‘wandering stars, for whom the blackness of darkness hath been reserved for ever.’ Special numbers of stars are mentioned; in Rev (Rev_1:16; Rev_12:1), the seven stars and twelve stars illustrate a conventional use of those numbers common in apocalyptic literature.

In the OT the seven stars of the AV of Amo_5:8 are the Pleiades; and the ‘eleven stars’ which made obeisance to Joseph in his dream are simply a conventional number to correspond with that of his brethren.

Of individual stars or constellations, the Bear (AV Arcturus), Orion, and the Pleiades occur; all three in Job_9:9; Job_38:31-32, the last two also in Amo_5:8.

The mazzaroth (Job_38:32) are most probably the signs of the Zodiac (RVm; cf. 2Ki_23:5. margin). In 2Ki_23:5 the Heb. form of the word mazzaloth is different, and RV (text) renders it ‘the planets.’ The chambers of the south (Job_9:9) are probably the stars of the southern hemisphere.

Of worship connected with the stars we have two notable instances. That of ‘the queen of heaven’ was popular in Jerusalem (Jer_7:18) immediately before the Captivity, and to the neglect of it the captives in Egypt ascribed their disasters, in an address to Jeremiah (Jer_44:15-23) at Pathros. This worship consisted of the offering of incense and drink-offerings, and the making of cakes, with her figure, apparently, upon them. This Queen of Heaven seems to have been without doubt Venus, or Istar, whose star was considered the most beautiful in the heavens. This goddess is identical with Ashtoreth or Astarte. The second instance of star-worship is one that presents some difficulty. In Amos (Amo_5:26) we meet with an image of Chiun, if the word be a proper name, who is called ‘the star of your god.’ This passage is quoted by St. Stephen (Act_7:43), where the expression is rendered ‘the star of the god Rephan.’ There seems little reason to doubt that Chiun is the same as the Assyrian Kaiwân, identical with the planet Saturn, to whom divine worship was paid. The form of name ‘Rephan’ seems to have arisen from a corrupt reading of the Hebrew, which is as old as the Septuagint.

Solomon's seal. Star of David. A Man with Horns and a six sided star for 666.

There are very few allusions to astrology in the OT, but in Isaiah (Isa_47:13) we have mention of ‘the astrologers (Heb. ‘dividers of the heavens’) the star-gazers, the monthly prognosticators’; all these persons drew their utterances and professed knowledge of the future from the heavens. The magicians and soothsayers of the Book of Daniel were a similar class, to which belonged the Magi or wise men who had seen the star which heralded the birth of the King of the Jews (Mat_2:1-2).

Four corners of the Heavens
Pro_8:27 When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth:

COMPASS.—A ‘compass’ is the space occupied by a circle, or the circle itself: Pro_8:27 ‘he set a compass upon the face of the deep’ (AVm and RV ‘a circle’) usually explained of the horizon, which seems to be a circle resting on the ocean. To ‘fetch a compass’ (Num_34:5, Jos_15:3, 2Sa_5:23, 2Ki_3:9) is to make a circuit or simply ‘go round.’ The tool for making a circle is a compass (Isa_44:13)

A compass is an instrument used for navigation and orientation that shows direction relative to the geographic cardinal directions (or points). Usually, a diagram called a compass rose shows the directions north, south, east, and west on the compass face as abbreviated initials. When the compass is used, the rose can be aligned with the corresponding geographic directions; for example, the "N" mark on the rose points northward. Compasses often display markings for angles in degrees in addition to (or sometimes instead of) the rose. North corresponds to 0°, and the angles increase clockwise, so east is 90° degrees, south is 180°, and west is 270°. These numbers allow the compass to show azimuths or bearings, which are commonly stated in this notation. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compass

Job_26:7 He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.
Job_9:9 Which maketh Arcturus, Orion, and Pleiades, and the chambers of the south.
Psa_78:26 He caused an east wind to blow in the heaven: and by his power he brought in the south wind.

Job 26:8 He bindeth up the waters in his thick clouds; and the cloud is not rent under them.
Job 26:9 He holdeth back the face of his throne, and spreadeth his cloud upon it.
Job 26:10 He hath compassed the waters with bounds, until the day and night come to an end.
Job 26:11 The pillars (ammud) of heaven tremble and are astonished at his reproof.
The location of theses verses of Job 26:7-11 is a reference to the third heaven and second heaven but many people place it within the first heaven.

Pillar
PILLAR.—1. With two or three unimportant exceptions, ‘pillar’ in OT is the rendering of two very distinct Heb. terms, ‘ammûd and mazzçbâh. The former denotes in most cases—for a conspicuous exception see Jachin and Boaz—a pillar or column supporting the roof or other part of a building (Jdg_16:25 f., 1Ki_7:2 f.), also the pillars from which the hangings of the Tabernacle were suspended (Exo_26:32 and oft.). From this sense the transition is easy to a column of smoke (Jdg_20:40), and to the ‘pillar of cloud’ and the ‘pillar of fire’ of the Exodus and the Wanderings (Exo_13:21 etc.). The further transition to the figurative use of the term ‘pillar,’ which alone prevails in NT (Gal_2:9, 1Ti_3:15, Rev_3:12; Rev_10:1), may be seen in Job_9:6; Job_26:11—passages reflecting an antique cosmogony in which the pillars of earth and heaven were actual supports.

Pillars
'ammud. A chief feature in Eastern building, the flat roofs being supported by pillars. The tent fashion remained even in permanent structures. Open Persian halls have the fronts supported by pillars and shaded by curtains fastened to the ground by pegs or to trees in the court (Est_1:6). The heaven is compared to a canopy supported by pillars (Psa_104:2; Isa_40:22). In Psa_75:3, "the earth ... dissolved, I bear up the pillars of it," literally," I have weighed," i.e. consolidated by exact weight the pillars. I who at creation brought the world from chaos into beautiful order will restore it from its present disorganization.
Psa 104:1 Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty. Third Heaven

Psa 104:2 Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain: Second Heaven
Psa 104:3 Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind:
Psa 104:4 Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:
Psa 104:5 Who laid the foundations of the earth (first heaven), that it should not be removed for ever.

Isa 40:21 Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the beginning? have ye not understood from the foundations of the earth (first heaven)?
Isa 40:22 It is he (third heaven) that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens (2nd heavens) as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:

Revelation 4 takes place in the third heaven

The Throne in Heaven
Rev 4:1 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.
Rev 4:2 And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.
Rev 4:3 And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.
Rev 4:4 And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.
Rev 4:5 And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.
Rev 4:6 And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.
Rev 4:7 And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.
Rev 4:8 And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.

I saw a picture of transparent angel wings touching each other that expanded across the second heaven with 4 or 7 angels and the background of stars made up the eyes watching our every movement.

Eyes all around in the wings. Imagine in the vastness of the universe above your head with angels watching the earth with their wings spread apart and the wings touching each other and the wings are transparent and they cover the expanse of the universe as far as the east is from the west in a never ending circle. Do you see all those eyes watching your every movement, every thought, every word spoken and written and every action performed and written down into either the Book of Luke-warm or the Book of Death on you.

Many of you today may or may not know the Lord are are either saved or not saved but NOW comes the time of judgment for the globe.
Are you ready to die this year and be judged?

God Loves You no matter what you have done in your life. (Jeremiah 31:1); God Hates Sin. (Psalm 11:5/I John 3:4); Even If you are a “Good” Person Proverbs (21:1); You have not lived a perfect life (I John 1:8); Nor has anyone else (Romans 3:23); Your Sin has Separated You from God (Isaiah 59:2); And your payment for sin is death. (Rom 6:23); But there is Good News (Luke 2:10); A perfect life can be substituted for yours (Heb 4:15); And God loved you so much (John 3:16); That He gave Jesus as your substitute (2 Cor 5:21); And Through His death (Heb 9:12); You can have eternal life (Jn 17:3); And by His resurrection Death is defeated (Jn 11:25); The Gift is Free (Eph 2:8); You Could Never Deserve it (Galatians 2:16); and Just by accepting this gift (Romans 10:13); Your sins will be forgiven and forgotten. (Acts 2:38); You will be reconciled to God (2 Cor 5:18) and Live with Him forever in Heaven. (Philippians 3:20).

Jesus told me this in 2007 in a God dream and the holes in His wrists are very real. You are my beloved bride who I love. May my Peace that passes all understanding cover your Body, Soul, Spirit, and Mind for all of eternity.

How can One Enter the Messianic Kingdom? 1. Hear the gospel of Christ (Rom 10:13-17); 2. Believe in Christ (Acts 16:31); 3. Repent of past sins (Lk 24:47, Acts 17:30); 4. Confess faith in Christ (Rom 10:8-10); 5. Be baptized into Christ (Rom 6:3-4, Gal. 3"26-27)
REPENT, STOP SINNING and get on your kness and Pray is the best one can do.

Autistic Children Say Messiah is Here, Prepare for Final War

Rabbi: Autistic Children Say Messiah is Here, Prepare for Final War

After that, I will pour out My spirit on all flesh; Your sons and daughters shall prophesy; Your old men shall dream dreams, And your young men shall see visions.” Joel 3:1 (The Israel Bible™)

For many years, a small group of autistic children has been consulted by rabbis who believe that the gift of prophecy rests within them. But as the gift becomes rarer, the message becomes clearer: the Messiah is already here and the final, painful stages are about to commence.

Rabbi Eldad Shmuel, one of the rabbis who organizes and attends a group of autistic children, explained that it is accepted in the ultra-Orthodox community that these children have a certain level of prophecy. He cited the source for this opinion as the Talmud (Baba Batra 12:b) which states, “Since the Temple was destroyed, prophecy was taken from the prophets and given to shotim and children.”

Rabbi Samuel emphasized that the prophecies are warning the world to prepare for a great change.

They have been saying more and more that the geula (redemption) is very close,” Rabbi Samuel said. “But before it comes, there will be a horrible war – the likes of which has never been seen. Entire cities, huge, urban centers, will be destroyed. The United States will be unrecognizable after the war.”

The children are frustrated that we cannot see this even though the beginnings are already here,” he said. “They tell me they are tired of telling people that the geula is close when people refuse to listen, refuse to change their actions.”
The Hebrew word shotim is usually translated as ‘fools’ but in rabbinic literature, it refers to a person with a distinctive lack of social functioning. This does not refer to their level of intelligence and is not used as a derogatory expression. In the framework of Jewish law, shotim is understood to be a classification that includes autistic people. This special prophetic ability of shotim was also stated in the Zohar, the basis for Jewish mysticism.

Rabbi Shmuel explained why this might be so, quoting a verse in Psalms:
I praise You, for I am awesomely, wondrously made; Your work is wonderful; I know it very well. Psalms 139:14

He cited Rabbi Shmuel Zalman Auerbach, one of the most prominent Jerusalem rabbis of this generation who passed away last February.

Our minds are wondrous things but sometimes the intellect interferes with our understanding God,” Rabbi Shmuel told Breaking Israel News. “On one hand, autistic children are handicapped in their understanding of the world. On the other hand, they have a clear and unclouded vision of things which are hidden to the rest of us. Their souls connect directly to the world without the mind getting in the way.”

This was also explained by Rabbi Eliyahu Dessler, one of the greatest Jewish philosophers of the 20th century. Rabbi Dessler believed that prophecy, requiring a high spiritual awareness, could come as a result of what is considered a developmental disorder.

“Prophecy was given to shotim since the screen, the intellect is not so strong. The brains of shotimare different and one can peek within the world of the soul without any physical concealment or cover. When the brain is thus different, the soul is freed. It is unlimited and sees all. The brain is what limits and conceals the soul.”

The children are aware of their special ability for prophecy.
You would think they would be depressed that people look down on them as being handicapped,” Rabbi Samuel said. “But they tell us that they can’t believe how much we don’t see things they see so clearly.”

Rabbi Shmuel believes that this diminished form of prophecy is particularly suited to our generation.

A generation that merits it will receive a higher form of prophecy that comes through holy men,” Rabbi Shmuel said. “Our generation does not merit this higher form of prophecy and cannot handle such a direct connection to God. These children are not all holy men or women. The lesser form of prophecy is more about who weare, a difficult generation, than who they are, simple souls.”

Unlike prophecy which came to only a few gifted people who lived austere and holy lives, Rabbi Samuel believes that every autistic child has this ability.

As the geula (redemption) approaches, autism is becoming more common,” Rabbi Shmuel said. The statistics support his claim. The Autism Society reported that in 2016, one out of 68 children were living with an autism diagnosis. Today’s incidence rate shows the rate has increased to one out of every 59 eight-year-olds.

Despite more children being diagnosed with autism, prophetic statements from autistic children are becoming rarer. Rabbi Samuel noted that 20 years ago, there was a group of ten autistic children gathered to Jerusalem from all around Israel who were consulted on a regular basis.

This number is growing smaller all the time,” the rabbi lamented. “Even though there are more autistic children, their ability to transmit the messages is becoming more rare.”
Rabbi Samuel related that one of the more gifted autistic children passed away last month – a young lady named Esther. The group with whom he works has now shrunk to two young men named Daniel and Binyamin.

The people who communicate with the autistic children use facilitated communication(FC), a technique that has been in use since at least 1985 as a way of communicating with those who cannot speak normally. Proponents of the technique claim that people with debilitating autism or severe mental retardation actually can communicate if given the physical support of pointing at letters on an alphabet board or by typing on a keyboard.

Though controversial and not universally accepted, FC has been accepted by the Autism National Committee, an autism advocacy organization. FC’s policy approving of facilitated communication reads, “Facilitated Communication is one accepted and valid way in which individuals with autism can exercise their right to say what they have to say.”

Many of the autistic children are aware of previous lifetimes. Rabbi Samuel related how one girl knew that in a previous lifetime, she was born a Jew but rejected her faith when she married a non-Jew.

She needed to return to this world just to repair this blemish in her faith,” Rabbi Samuel explained. “For that, being autistic was just enough since it allowed her to have the most simple and clear faith in the God of Israel.”

Rabbi Samuel was approached by the mother of an autistic child who recently passed away. The woman had a phobia of closed spaces. In her final days, her daughter told her that in her previous lifetime, she had died in the gas chamber of Bergen-Belsen concentration camp. It was due to this past-life experience that the mother feared such places.

Daniel frequently describes a large star that will approach the Earth and though it will not hit the planet, it will cause great damage,” Rabbi Samuel said. “Scientists have never seen anything like this so they don’t know what to expect. But it is coming closer, which is why we are seeing more earthquakes, volcanoes, and hurricanes than ever before. As it comes closer, this will only increase.”

The tabernacle in the Cosmos (Part 3 on debunking Flat Earth)

Tabernacle in the Cosmos.
Cosmic Temple View of Creation
The third Heaven is at the center of all the Universes that circle it and each universe is made up of Stars (Suns) and planets and parallel earths each with its own firmaments. So we have the inner transparent circle which is the Holy of Holies. Then the next transparent circle is the Holy place with all the universes and galaxies and then the earths and other planets that support life in whatever form it takes each with their own firmaments which is in the outer court.

The earthly tabernacle came to be seen as a type of the heavenly temple in which Jesus Christ performs His heavenly ministry to complete the plan of salvation. It was found that the biblical way of perceiving the Israelite worship system was preordained by God to reveal in figurative ways the plan of salvation with a focus on the final resolution of the great controversy between good and evil.

For 100 years or less, several studies have proposed what we may call a “cosmological framework” for understanding the Israelite sanctuary. This implies that the earthly sanctuary is not primarily a type of a heavenly counterpart but a reflection of the cosmos, or creation. In this interpretation, when the heavenly sanctuary appears in the picture at all, it means the heavens, the cosmos or creation as a whole.

G. K. Beale, according to whom the temple is to be understood as a mirror of the cosmos. He argues that the Israelite “temple was composed of three main parts, each of which symbolized a major part of the cosmos: 1) The outer court represented the habitable world where humanity dwelt; 2) the holy place was emblematic of the visible heavens and its light source; 3) the holy of holies symbolized the invisible direction of the cosmos where God and his heavenly hosts dwelt.”

The Second Temple
In the picture from left to right of the second temple, you have the Holy of Holies, the Holy Place and the outer court. The Holy place had the menorahs (7 in all) which represent the Sun, Moon, and stars of Gen 1:14, the altar of incense, the showbread. The Outer court had the sacrificial altar and the laver.
In the Second Temple, you have 2 crosses and the outer walls are the pillars. You also see the shape of a man with a head (The Holy of Holies), the body is the Holy place, and the outer court is the legs.

Symbolism of the original Tabernacle Like many ancient Near Eastern religious structures, the Tabernacle symbolically mirrors the cosmos. The entrance of both the court and tent faced the rising sun. The Menorah has seven lamps, with seven possibly representing the number of luminary bodies visible to the naked eye (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn). The Tabernacle’s lamp was symbolically placed along the southern wall, as the planets would traverse the sky most often south of the structure. The twelve lunar cycles in a solar year were also symbolically represented in the Tabernacle, as there were 12 loaves of bread placed on the Table of Showbread every Sabbath (Lev 24:5-9). thetorah.com/the-tabernacle-in-its-ancient-near-eastern-context/

Rev 12 has a similar understanding of the three heavens. Revelation 12 deals mostly with the Second Heaven. In verse 1-2 we have the birth of the Head which is Yeshua in the third heaven. Also we have the fall equinox in Rev 12:1-2 which is the woman is clothed with the Sun and the Moon below her feet. In verse 3, we have the dragon (Nibiru) in the Stars of the Second Heaven.
Rev 12:4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth (first Heaven): and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
The rest of the chapter deals with events on the first heaven.

Rev 21:10 And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,
Rev 21:11 Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;
The Holy of Holies is the picture here and the Head is the glory of God. This is the Third Heaven.
Rev 21:12 And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:
The walls of the city/tabernacle is the figurative for pillars found earlier in the Book of Revelation and the Tenakh. But this is also a picture of the Second Heaven.
Rev 21:13 On the east three gates; on the north three gates; on the south three gates; and on the west three gates.
Rev 21:14 And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
Here we have the foundation which is the first Heaven.
Rev 21:15 And he that talked with me had a golden reed to measure the city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof.
Rev 21:16 And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal.
Rev 21:17 And he measured the wall thereof, an hundred and forty and four cubits, according to the measure of a man, that is, of the angel.
Rev 21:18 And the building of the wall of it was of jasper: and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass.
Rev 21:19 And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones. The first foundation was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, a chalcedony; the fourth, an emerald;
Rev 21:20 The fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, a topaz; the tenth, a chrysoprasus; the eleventh, a jacinth; the twelfth, an amethyst.
Rev 21:21 And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.
Rev 21:22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.
Rev 21:23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.

The Holy Place or the Second Heaven

The Size of the Universe
Let’s start with our solar system. Many people learned in school that the Earth is 93 million miles from the sun. That distance is actually hard to imagine. But how far out is the furthest planet, Neptune (now that Pluto isn’t formally a planet anymore)? Neptune is a bit less than three thousand million miles from the sun (2,798,700,000 miles, to be more precise). I’d say that’s mind-bogglingly big. And that’s only our solar system. Then there’s the Milky Way Galaxy, of which our solar system is just a part. Estimates for the size of the Milky Way range from 100 billion to 400 billion stars (depending on what we take to be the average star density). Either way, that’s a lot of stars, with lots of space between them. But the Milky Way is just one galaxy in a universe that has some twenty billion trillion stars (not that we can really conceive a number that large). And the farthest stars in any direction are 47 billion light years away, which makes the observable universe 94 billion light years across.

Age of the Cosmos
By Scientific reasoning's, the age of the Cosmos is approximately 4.5 billions years of age BUT by a young earth creationist view, the age of the Cosmos is 6000 to 10,000 years of age. The age of the Cosmos at Jardalkalatgmail.blogspot.com is 6000 years to 6022 years of age. James Ussher at Answers in Genesis places the age of the earth's creation to occur on Oct 23rd, 4004 BC. Torah Calendar prior to the 2015 change out said: Oct 8, 3986 BC. 3983 BC – 6000 years = 2017 (Psalms 117=Deliverance from Babylon).

Biblical World View in Genesis 1
Genesis 1:1-19 gives us a view of a flat earth sphere or globe with with the pillars of the earth holding up a solid dome which is actually transparent with the Sun, Moon, and stars and a chimney and above that the third heaven.

The world picture that we find both in Genesis 1 and in many other creation texts in the Bible seems to assume a flat earth founded upon the waters (with the netherworld somewhere “down there,” either in or below the subterranean waters). At the extremities of the Earth were the distant mountains that extended down into the underworld waters and up into the heavens or sky (Hebrew šamayim). These mountains are thought of as the “pillars” that supported the dome (or “firmament”) of the heavens, envisioned as a sort of roof over the Earth, which held back the cosmic waters above.

Here is a partial list on what is found in the flat Earth globe or sphere.
Heaven Ps 104:2-3; Deut 26:15; Neh 9:6
Waters Above: Gen 1:7; Ps 104:3; Ps 148:4
Firmament Gen 1:6-8, 14-19; Job 37:18; Ps 19:1
Sun Eccl 1:5; Ps 19:6; Josh 10:13
Cir of Earth Isa 40:22
Center of the Eartn Dan 4:10
Moon Ps 81:3; Prov 7:20
Stars Isa 34:4; Matt 24:29; Rev 6:13

Waters below Gen 1:7, 1:9
Ends of the Earth Isa 41:8; Dan 4:11; Matt 12:42

So long as we DON'T take this world picture as overly literal (it is more a phenomenological portrait of the world), this makes perfect sense as a non-scientific way of describing the human environment.

Even though Genesis 1 is the only biblical creation account that explicitly portrays creation as a six-day process (we’ll get to what this means in a moment), the basic world picture sketched above is assumed throughout the Bible and in other ancient Near Eastern cosmologies.

The Cosmos as a Building
In God's creation of the world, we have a picture of the world shaped as a building with a foundation (the Word; soul), walls (pillars; Yeshua), roof (Elohim), and chimney (Holy Spirit). Other cultures in Biblical times assumed the world as a building such as Babylonia, Assyria, Egypt, Sumar, etc.
Pro 3:19 The LORD by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath He established the heavens (second heaven and third heaven).
Pro 3:20 By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew.
This verse ties us back to Genesis 1:1-2.
Pro 24:3 Through wisdom is an house builded; and by understanding it is established:
Pro 24:4 And by knowledge shall the chambers be filled with all precious and pleasant riches.
Verbs like “founded” and “established” are architectural terms. Even the New Testament retains language of “the foundation of the world” (Matt. 13:35; Luke 11:50; John 17:24; Eph. 1:4; Heb. 9:26).
So, when God questions Job, his description of creation draws on architectural imagery.
Job 38:4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.
Job 38:5 Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it?
Job 38:6 Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof;
Job 38:7 When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy? Genesis 1 for Job 38:1-7
Job 38:8 Or who shut up the sea with doors, when it brake forth, as if it had issued out of the womb?
Job 38:9 When I made the cloud the garment thereof, and thick darkness a swaddlingband for it,
Genesis 6-8 The Flood for Job 38:7-8.

The Cosmos as a Temple
The Bible follows the understanding that the Earth and everything in it is the Temple for Elohim which is His house. It is His cosmic sanctuary, a temple for God to inhabit, with heaven corresponding to the Holy of Holies, where God’s presence is concentrated.

Isa 66:1 Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest?
Isa 66:2 For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word.
The correspondence between creation and the tabernacle (as macrocosmos and microcosmos) is evident in Exodus 31:1-5; 35:30-33, where Bezalel is charged with overseeing construction of a house for God’s dwelling. To this end, he is filled with wisdom (hokmâ), understanding (tebunâ;), and knowledge (da‘at)—the same triad of terms by which God created the cosmos in Proverbs 3.
Through these endowments Bezalel is “to devise artistic designs, to work in gold, silver, and bronze, in cutting stones for setting, and in carving wood, in every kind of craft” (Exod. 31:2-5). Bezalel’s work in “every kind of craft” (Exod. 31:5) reflects God’s completing “all the work” of creation (stated twice in Gen. 2:2-3). Despite the differences in translation, the Hebrew wording is identical.
And Bezalel is filled with “the Spirit of God,” the same Spirit who hovered over the formless and empty world to which God was about to bring order (Gen. 1:2). The presence of the Spirit at the start of Genesis 1 suggests that God was getting ready to breathe his holy presence into the cosmos, much as the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle and the temple after their completion (Exod. 40:34-35; 1 Ki. 8:10-11).

Genesis 1 and the Number 7
Genesis 1:1 and 1:3 forms a Menorah in the Hebrew. We have the 6 days of Creation in Gen 1 and the 7th day is in Gen 2:1-3. The Number 7 means completion.

The Creation Calendar
The Creation Calendar is the 7000 year framework of time, integral to the design of the universe. The Messiah has determined to perfect the universe within 7000 years. The universe contains seven 1000 year periods called millennia. A millennium contains 20 Jubilee Cycles where each cycle lasts 50 years. The Lord (יהוה)told Noah in Genesis 6:3 that after 120 Jubilee Years, or 6000 years, He would no longer strive with mortal man. At the end of the sixth millennium the Messiah will grant the gift of eternal life- the Age of Life to all who believe and obey Him.

The precise movements of the earth and moon together with the words of Elohim reveal the truth of the universe. His Creation Calendar is perfectly synchronized to these precise movements. The Spirit of Truth has been given to lead and guide mankind into all truth. Daniel said in Daniel 12:4 that knowledge would increase. Man now understands the precise movements of the heavenly bodies better than ever before. As Genesis 1:14 says, the sun and moon were created for signs, appointed times, days and years - the wisdom is to correctly use them for their created purpose, in order to understand the7000 Year Plan of the Messiah.

Those who believe and obey the Messiah are instructed by Him to watch for His return (Matthew 24:42). The servants of Elohim who are watching when the Master returns are called blessed by the Messiah (Luke 12:37; Revelation 16:15).The Scriptures say five times that the Messiah will come as a thief (1 Thessalonians 5:2-4; 2 Peter 3:10; Revelation 3:3,16:15). However, He will only come as a thief to those who are not watching (1 Thessalonians 5:4-6; Revelation 3:3).

Finally
Christians in earlier ages transferred the abiding values of this ancient theological vision from the original picture of a flat Earth with heaven overhead to the medieval conception (learned from the Greeks) of the Earth as a sphere, with seven concentric crystalline spheres around it, in which were embedded the moon, Mercury, Venus, the sun, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn (in that order). This theological vision was again transferred to the heliocentric universe of modern times, with the various planets orbiting the sun (and the moon orbiting the Earth).

We are not done until the end but we are still at the beginning. In the next installment, we will be looking into briefly the Second Heaven and connecting the 4 corners of the Heavens which are the cardinal points.

Flat Earth Globe Part 2 The Three Heavens

Flat/Earth/Globe Study Part 2

In this article, we are going to look at the three Heavens with pillers in between them and a dome over the top of the third Heaven.

Video's: Flat Earth CRUSHED by Discovery Channel
www.youtube.com/watch?v=QVa2UmgdTM4

In ancient of days, the Jews believed there were 7 stages of Heaven which the Bible does not support. About 10 years ago, I saw a beautiful picture of 3 heavens. The Earth was the foundation and is called the first Heaven. Then pillars between the first and second Heaven (The Mazzoroth, Space, Universes with their own parallel earths, and stars). Sliders was an one hour TV series and I was glued to the TV tube when it came on. I am a science fiction buff so I like watching many SF Movies and TV shows. Then more pillars and then the third Heaven. Each Heaven sat on a pedestal that was as wide as the pillar and as long as the pillar. Above that was the dome. I saw this picture in the Interpreters Dictionary, a Bible Dictionary, or an 100 year old Bible.

In the scriptures, you can line up all your lists and place them either in the first heaven with some to the 2nd Heaven and a lot to the third heaven.

The Creation of the World
Gen 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
In the Hebrew, this verse forms a Menorah. In Gemetria, this verse has 54 occurrences of the Number 7. Bara/create refers to: Son, Father, and Holy Spirit. Elohim (plural) refers to the one God of the Universes or many little gods. So we will worship God or our many little gods. Aleph-Tav and Lamid Aleph-Tav is in the 4th place (4000 years from Creation) and 6th place (6000 years from creation) and refers to the Messiah.

The Heavens were created first and then the earth. But flat earthers insist that the earth is first and then the Heavens. People on earth are watching for the return of the Messiah and they look down to the earth first and then to the Heavens. At Yeshua's first coming the Star of Bethlehem announced His arrival and so with the second coming, the Heavens will announce His arrival. Heaven is first and then the earth so look up first to the Heavens and then to the earth. The increase of the birth pains is found in the Second Heaven as well as in the first Heaven.
If you draw an diagonal line from upper right to lower left and put the scales (Libra) at the center as a focal point, then the Heavens would be in the upper right and the earth and Hell in the lower left. Then you can further divide this into the sheep going to the right (Heaven) and the goats going to the left (Hell). This principle of right/left can also be applied to the location of the Sun and Moon at certain times of the Season using the figures in the constellations such as Virgo and the fall equinox. Aquarius, the Twins, Pisces, Ophihucus, Sagittarius and I guess the rest of the major zodiac constellations. They each have a right side and a left side from God's perspective in the third heaven.
The center of the cosmos is the Third Heaven even though flat earthers believe it is the first heaven.

From here onwards is cut, copy, and paste from Bible Dictionaries, David. L. Sterns Jewish NT Commentary and the Bible and the verses flat earthers use. They will be divided up into the 3 different Heavens. Depending upon what dictionary you use, solid dome can also refer to a transparent dome. So A says solid dome and B says transparent dome. So then it come to a Tee account with positive on the right and negative on the left and we then see who outweighs the other once the 3 classifications are finished.

The phrase “heaven and earth” is used to indicate the whole universe (Gen_1:1; Jer_23:24; Act_17:24).
Miscellaneous verses on Heaven and Earth Isa 45:18; Isa 45:12; Jer 10:12; Gen 1:1; Gen 2:1; 2 Chron 2:12; Neh 9:6; Job 9:8; Ps 19:1; Isa 37:16; Isa 42:5; Jer 10:12; Jer 32:17; Jer 51:15;Acts 4:24; Acts 14:15; Heb 1:10; Rev 10:6; Rev 14:7

Heaven Greek ouranos and the Hebrew shamaim

HEAVEN.—In the cosmic theory of the ancient world, and of the Hebrews in particular, the earth was flat, lying between a great pit into which the shades of the dead departed, and the heavens above in which God and the angels dwelt, and to which it came to be thought the righteous went, after having been raised from the dead to live for ever. It was natural to think of the heavens as concave (having an outline or surface that curves inward like the interior of a circle or sphere) above the earth, and resting on some foundation, possibly of pillars, set at the extreme horizon (2Sa_22:9, Pro_8:27-29).

Pro 8:27 When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth:
Pro 8:28 When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep:
Pro 8:29 When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth:

Meaning for the word Heaven
(a) The usual Hebrew word for “heavens” is shamayim, a plural form meaning “heights,” “elevations” (Gen_1:1; Gen_2:1).
(b) The Hebrew word marom is also used (Psa_68:18; Psa_93:4; Psa_102:19, etc.) as equivalent to shamayim, “high places,” “heights.”
(c) Heb. galgal, literally a “wheel,” is rendered “heaven” in Psa_77:18 (R.V., “whirlwind”).
(d) Heb. shahak, rendered “sky” (Deu_33:26; Job_37:18; Psa_18:11), plural “clouds” (Job_35:5; Job_36:28; Psa_68:34, marg. “heavens”), means probably the firmament.
(e) Heb. rakia is closely connected with (d), and is rendered “firmamentum” in the Vulgate, whence our “firmament” (Gen_1:6; Deu_33:26, etc.), regarded as a solid expanse.
Metaphorical meaning of term. Isa_14:13, Isa_14:14; “doors of heaven” (Psa_78:23); heaven “shut” (1Ki_8:35); “opened” (Eze_1:1). (See 1Ch_21:16.)
Spiritual meaning. The place of the everlasting blessedness of the righteous; the abode of departed spirits.
(a) Christ calls it his “Father's house” (Joh_14:2).
(b) It is called “paradise” (Luk_23:43; 2Co_12:4; Rev_2:7).
(c) “The heavenly Jerusalem” (Gal_4:26; Heb_12:22; Rev_3:12).
(d) The “kingdom of heaven” (Mat_25:1; Jas_2:5).
(e) The “eternal kingdom” (2Pe_1:11).
(f) The “eternal inheritance” (1Pe_1:4; Heb_9:15).
(g) The “better country” (Heb_11:14, Heb_11:16).
(h) The blessed are said to “sit down with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob,” and to be “in Abraham's bosom” (Luk_16:22; Mat_8:11); to “reign with Christ” (2Ti_2:12); and to enjoy “rest” (Heb_4:10, Heb_4:11).
In heaven the blessedness of the righteous consists in the possession of “life everlasting,” “an eternal weight of glory” (2Co_4:17), an exemption from all sufferings forever, a deliverance from all evils (2Co_5:1, 2Co_5:2) and from the society of the wicked (2Ti_4:18), bliss without termination, the “fulness of joy” for ever (Luk_20:36; 2Co_4:16, 2Co_4:18; 1Pe_1:4; 1Pe_5:10; 1Jn_3:2). The believer's heaven is not only a state of everlasting blessedness, but also a “place”, a place “prepared” for them (Joh_14:2).

The Three Heavens
The Hebrews, like other ancient peoples, believed in a plurality of heavens (Deu_10:14), and the literature of Judaism speaks of seven.

Deu 10:14 Behold, the heaven (second Heaven) and the heaven of heavens (Aravoth; third Heaven) is the LORD'S thy God, the earth (first Heaven) also, with all that therein is.

Although the descriptions of these heavens varied, it would seem that it was not unusual to regard the third heaven as Paradise. It was to this that St. Paul said he bad been caught up (2Co_12:2).

Words: Heaven, Paradise, 3 heavens, Aravoth.

Heavens (the Heights) Psalms 148:1

The tabernacle in the Heavens has 3 sections and is the same on the earth. You have the Holy of Holies (third Heaven), the Holy place (2nd Heaven) and then the outer court (first Heaven)

Earth (First Heaven)
A. The firmament, as “fowls of the heaven” (Gen_2:19; Gen_7:3, Gen_7:23; Psa_8:8, etc.), “the eagles of heaven” (Lam_4:19), etc.
B. Courtyard. Women's Court. Altar for sacrifices. The "altar" (Rev_6:9)
C. Verses on First Heaven: I Thess 4:17;Rev 15:2; Jer 31:37; Matt 24:29-30; Acts 2:19-20; Ps 19:1; Ps 33:9; Isa 40:22; Isa 42:5; Isa 45:18;

Eph 2:2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

It is used of the surrounding air wherein "the fowls of heaven" fly (Gen_1:26, compare Gen_1:20); from whence the rain and hail fall (Deu_11:11).
"The four quarters of heaven" (Jer_49:36) and "the circuit of heaven" (Job_22:14) refer to the atmospheric heaven. Four corners of the earth are North, East, South, and West.

By METAPHOR (not literal) it is represented as a building with foundations and pillars (2Sa_22:8; Job_26:11; walls), with an entrance gate (Gen_28:17) and windows opened to pour down rain (Gen_7:11, compare 2Ki_7:2; Mal_3:10).
Job_37:18, "spread out the sky ... strong ... as a molten looking glass," NOT solid as "firmament" would imply (but transparent), whereas the "expanse" is the true meaning (Gen_1:6; Isa_44:24), but phenomenally like one of the ancient mirrors made of firm molten polished metal.

The foundation was concaved and between the earth and the bottom of the picture was hell.
Physical organisms live here, not 3rd heaven.

Pillar

Pillar, Figurative
The further transition to the figurative use of the term ‘pillar,’ which alone prevails in NT (Gal_2:9, 1Ti_3:15, Rev_3:12; Rev_10:1), may be seen in Job_9:6; Job_26:11—passages reflecting an antique cosmogony in which the pillars of earth and heaven were actual supports.

the Mazzaroth (Job 38:31-32; 2 Kigns 23:3-5), Universes, parallel earths, and stars. The second heaven in later Jewish thought was regarded as the abode of evil spirits and angels awaiting punishment (stars falling to earth in Revelation). This series of superimposed heavens was regarded as filled by different sorts of superhuman beings.

Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

The third heaven is not the air (the first heaven) or the sky where the stars are (the second heaven), but the "place" where God is, a spiritual realm. Other explanations are possible.

2Co 12:2 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven.
I know a man, namely, myself, Sha'ul. Out of modesty he prefers to speak of himself in the third person when talking about his visions and revelations. That he is speaking of himself is clear from 2Co_12:6-7; so that when he says in 2Co_12:5, "About such a man I will boast; but about myself I will not boast," it is as if Sha'ul were two persons (compare Rom_7:14-25); or, perhaps more accurately, it is that he is now completely objective about his experience and utterly unattached to it.
2Co 12:4 How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter.

This series of superimposed heavens was regarded as filled by different sorts of superhuman beings.

"The kingdom of the heavens" in Matthew, for "the kingdom of God" in Mark and Luke, is drawn from Dan_4:26, "the heavens do rule," (Dan_2:44) "the God of heaven shall set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed." It consists of many stages and phases, issuing at last in heaven being brought down fully to earth, and the tabernacle of God being with men (Rev_21:2-3; Rev_21:10, etc.).

The plurality of the phases is expressed by "the kingdom of the heavens." The Bible is distinguished from the sacred books of false religions in not having minute details of heavenly bliss such as men's curiosity would crave. The grand feature of its blessedness is represented as consisting in holy personal union and immediate face to face communion with God and the Lamb; secondarily, that the saints are led by the Lamb to living fountains of water, and fed with the fruit of the tree of life in the midst of the paradise of God, the antitype of the former Adamic paradise.

It is no longer merely a garden as Eden, but a heavenly "city" and garden combined, nature and art no longer mutually destructive, but enhancing each the charm of the other, individuality and society realized perfectly (Revelation 2-3, 7, 21-22). No separate temple, but the whole forming one vast "temple," finding its center in the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb, who are the temple to each and all the king-priests reigning and serving there. This was the model Moses was shown on Sinai (Heb_7:1-6). The earthly tabernacle was its pattern and figure (Heb_9:23-24).

Millennium/ Messianic Kingdom
No marriage (Luk_20:34-36), no meats for the belly (1Co_6:13), no death, no sorrow, crying, pain; no defilement, no curse, no night, no candle, no light of the sun, for the Lord God giveth them light (Rev_21:4; Rev_21:27; Rev_22:3; Rev_22:5).
Third Heaven to First Heaven
Thither He will "receive His people to Himself" after He hath "prepared a place for them" (Joh_14:2-4), that where He is there His servants may be (Joh_12:26). From heaven, which is God's court, angels are sent down to this earth, as the multitude of the heavenly host (distinct from the host of heaven," Act_7:42), and to which they return (Luk_2:13-15; Luk_22:43). God Himself is addressed "Our Father who art in heaven." His home is the parent home, the sacred hearth of the universe.

The NT.
The Biblical descriptions of heaven are not scientific, but SYMBOLICAL (not literal). Practically all these are to be found in the Johannine Apocalypse (Revelation). Revelation = Eschatological.
Similarly, there have been innumerable speculations endeavouring to set forth in sensuous form the sort of life which is to be lived in heaven. They may be of value in cultivating religious emotion, but they belong to the region of speculation. The prevailing tendency at the present time among theologians, to regard heaven as a state of the soul rather than a place, belongs likewise to the region of opinion. The degree of its probability will be determined by one’s general view as to the nature of immortality.
