The
Second Heaven (Part 4 of Debunking Flat Earth)
Gen
1:14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven
to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for
seasons (Leviticus 23), and for days, and years (Leviticus 25—The
Shemitah and the Jubilee years):
Lights:
H3974; mâ'ôr mâ'ôr me'ôrâh me'ôrâh; (1,2) maw-ore',
(3,4) meh-o-raw'
From
H215; properly a luminous body or luminary, that is, (abstractly)
light (as an element); figuratively brightness, that is,
cheerfulness; specifically a chandelier: - bright, light.
H215;
'ôr; ore
A
primitive root; to be (causatively make) luminous (literally and
metaphorically): - X break of day, glorious, kindle, (be, en-, give,
show) light (-en, -ened), set on fire, shine.
The
Tabernacle on earth had 7 menorah's in it. The fourth candle is
called the Christ candle or servant candle and represents the 4th day
which was the creation of the Sun, Moon, and Stars.
Firmament:
H7549; râqı̂ya‛; raw-kee'-ah
From
H7554; properly an expanse, that is, the firmament or (apparently)
visible arch of the sky: - firmament.
H7554:
râqa‛; raw-kah'
A
primitive root; to pound the earth (as a sign of passion); by analogy
to expand (by hammering); by implication to overlay (with thin sheets
of metal): - beat, make broad, spread abroad (forth, over, out, into
plates), stamp, stretch.
Flat
earthers will change the word visible to solid so watch out for this
lie of just one little word. Satan comes to deceive, steal, kill, and
destroy. It is our unbelief which causes us to follow the deceiver.
Heaven:
H8064; shâmayim shâmeh; shaw-mah'-yim, shaw-meh'
The
second form being dual of an unused singular; from an unused root
meaning to be lofty; the sky (as aloft; the dual perhaps alluding to
the visible arch in which the clouds move, as well as to the higher
ether where the celestial bodies revolve): - air, X astrologer,
heaven (-s).
Gen
1:15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven
(Second Heaven) to give light upon the earth (first Heaven): and it
was so.
Gen
1:16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the
day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.
Stars:
H3556; kôkâb;
ko-kawb'
Probably
from the same as H3522 (in the sense of rolling) or H3554 (in the
sense of blazing); a star (as round or as shining); figuratively a
prince: - star ([-gazer]).
H3522;
kabbôn; kab-bone'
From
an unused root meaning to heap up; hilly; Cabbon, a place in
Palestine: - Cabbon.
H3554:
kâvâh; kaw-vaw'
A
primitive root; properly to prick or penetrate; hence to blister (as
smarting or eating into): - burn.
A
star is type of astronomical object consisting of a luminous spheroid
of plasma held together by its own gravity. The nearest star to Earth
is the Sun. Many other stars are visible to the naked eye from Earth
during the night, appearing as a multitude of fixed luminous points
in the sky due to their immense distance from Earth. Historically,
the most prominent stars were grouped into constellations and
asterisms, the brightest of which gained proper names. Astronomers
have assembled star catalogues that identify the known stars and
provide standardized stellar designations. However, most of the stars
in the Universe, including all stars outside our galaxy, the Milky
Way, are invisible to the naked eye from Earth. Indeed, most are
invisible from Earth even through the most powerful telescopes.

Gen
1:17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light
upon the earth,
Gen
1:18 And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the
light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.
Gen
1:19 And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.
In
examining this, I understand that it is a transparent firmament and
if the Sun. Moon, and Stars are within it, then this transparent
firmament covers the milky way galaxy and our spiral universe that we
are in which is only one of billions upon billions of universes out
there.
Stars
STARS.—The
stars form part of the Divine creation in Gen_1:1-31. They are
invisible in the sunlight, but begin to appear about sunset
(Neh_4:21).
In
poetical passages hyperbolical expressions are used concerning them.
At the creation ‘the morning stars sang together’ (Job_38:7); at
the battle between Barak and Sisera ‘the stars in their courses
fought against Sisera’ (Jdg_5:20): in the former passage it may be
that the angels are described as stars (cf. Rev_1:20 ‘the seven
stars are the angels of the seven churches’).
The
difference of magnitude in the stars is recognized by St. Paul: ‘one
star differeth from another star in glory’ (1Co_15:41). The stars
were looked upon as innumerable: ‘tell the stars, if thou be able
to tell them’ (Gen_15:5). The appearance of a bright particular
star was supposed to portend some great event. Thus Balaam prophesied
‘There shall come forth a star out of Jacob’ (Num_24:17), and
this was afterwards interpreted as applying to the Epiphany star
(Mat_2:2; see Star of the Magi); and so in 2Pe_1:19 we read of the
day-star arising in men’s hearts.
Caution
is given against the worship of the stars, in the legislation of
Deuteronomy (Deu_4:19), and the punishment of death assigned for the
convicted worshipper (see Host of Heaven).
In
Apocalyptic literature (Rev_22:16) our Lord describes Himself as ‘the
bright, the morning star’; whilst ‘they that turn many to
righteousness’ are to shine ‘as the stars for ever and ever’
(Dan_12:3).
The
day of the Lord is to be heralded by signs in the stars as well as in
the sun and moon (Luk_21:25).
The
appearance of shooting stars, which come out of the darkness and go
back into it, is alluded to in Jud_1:13 ‘wandering stars, for whom
the blackness of darkness hath been reserved for ever.’ Special
numbers of stars are mentioned; in Rev (Rev_1:16; Rev_12:1), the
seven stars and twelve stars illustrate a conventional use of those
numbers common in apocalyptic literature.
In
the OT the seven stars of the AV of Amo_5:8 are the Pleiades; and the
‘eleven stars’ which made obeisance to Joseph in his dream are
simply a conventional number to correspond with that of his brethren.
Of
individual stars or constellations, the Bear (AV Arcturus), Orion,
and the Pleiades occur; all three in Job_9:9; Job_38:31-32, the last
two also in Amo_5:8.
The
mazzaroth (Job_38:32) are most probably the signs of the Zodiac (RVm;
cf. 2Ki_23:5. margin). In 2Ki_23:5 the Heb. form of the word
mazzaloth is different, and RV (text) renders it ‘the planets.’
The chambers of the south (Job_9:9) are probably the stars of the
southern hemisphere.
Of
worship connected with the stars we have two notable instances. That
of ‘the queen of heaven’ was popular in Jerusalem (Jer_7:18)
immediately before the Captivity, and to the neglect of it the
captives in Egypt ascribed their disasters, in an address to Jeremiah
(Jer_44:15-23) at Pathros. This worship consisted of the offering of
incense and drink-offerings, and the making of cakes, with her
figure, apparently, upon them. This Queen of Heaven seems to have
been without doubt Venus, or Istar, whose star was considered the
most beautiful in the heavens. This goddess is identical with
Ashtoreth or Astarte. The second instance of star-worship is one that
presents some difficulty. In Amos (Amo_5:26) we meet with an image of
Chiun, if the word be a proper name, who is called ‘the star of
your god.’ This passage is quoted by St. Stephen (Act_7:43), where
the expression is rendered ‘the star of the god Rephan.’ There
seems little reason to doubt that Chiun is the same as the Assyrian
Kaiwân, identical with the planet Saturn, to whom divine worship was
paid. The form of name ‘Rephan’ seems to have arisen from a
corrupt reading of the Hebrew, which is as old as the Septuagint.
Solomon's
seal. Star of David. A Man with Horns and a six sided star for 666.
There
are very few allusions to astrology in the OT, but in Isaiah
(Isa_47:13) we have mention of ‘the astrologers (Heb. ‘dividers
of the heavens’) the star-gazers, the monthly prognosticators’;
all these persons drew their utterances and professed knowledge of
the future from the heavens. The magicians and soothsayers of the
Book of Daniel were a similar class, to which belonged the Magi or
wise men who had seen the star which heralded the birth of the King
of the Jews (Mat_2:1-2).

Pro_8:27
When he prepared the heavens, I was there: when he set a compass upon
the face of the depth:
COMPASS.—A
‘compass’ is the space occupied by a circle, or the circle
itself: Pro_8:27 ‘he set a compass upon the face of the deep’
(AVm and RV ‘a circle’) usually explained of the horizon, which
seems to be a circle resting on the ocean. To ‘fetch a compass’
(Num_34:5, Jos_15:3, 2Sa_5:23, 2Ki_3:9) is to make a circuit or
simply ‘go round.’ The tool for making a circle is a compass
(Isa_44:13)
A
compass is an instrument used for navigation and orientation that
shows direction relative to the geographic cardinal directions (or
points). Usually, a diagram called a compass rose shows the
directions north, south, east, and west on the compass face as
abbreviated initials. When the compass is used, the rose can be
aligned with the corresponding geographic directions; for example,
the "N" mark on the rose points northward. Compasses often
display markings for angles in degrees in addition to (or sometimes
instead of) the rose. North corresponds to 0°, and the angles
increase clockwise, so east is 90° degrees, south is 180°, and west
is 270°. These numbers allow the compass to show azimuths or
bearings, which are commonly stated in this notation.

The
location of theses verses of Job 26:7-11 is a reference to the third
heaven and second heaven but many people place it within the first
heaven.
Pillar
PILLAR.—1.
With two or three unimportant exceptions, ‘pillar’ in OT is the
rendering of two very distinct Heb. terms, ‘ammûd and mazzçbâh.
The former denotes in most cases—for a conspicuous exception see
Jachin and Boaz—a pillar or column supporting the roof or other
part of a building (Jdg_16:25 f., 1Ki_7:2 f.), also the pillars from
which the hangings of the Tabernacle were suspended (Exo_26:32 and
oft.). From this sense the transition is easy to a column of smoke
(Jdg_20:40), and to the ‘pillar of cloud’ and the ‘pillar of
fire’ of the Exodus and the Wanderings (Exo_13:21 etc.). The
further transition to the figurative use of the term ‘pillar,’
which alone prevails in NT (Gal_2:9, 1Ti_3:15, Rev_3:12; Rev_10:1),
may be seen in Job_9:6; Job_26:11—passages reflecting an antique
cosmogony in which the pillars of earth and heaven were actual
supports.
Pillars
'ammud.
A chief feature in Eastern building, the flat roofs being supported
by pillars. The tent fashion remained even in permanent structures.
Open Persian halls have the fronts supported by pillars and shaded by
curtains fastened to the ground by pegs or to trees in the court
(Est_1:6). The heaven is compared to a canopy supported by pillars
(Psa_104:2; Isa_40:22). In Psa_75:3, "the earth ... dissolved, I
bear up the pillars of it," literally," I have weighed,"
i.e. consolidated by exact weight the pillars. I who at creation
brought the world from chaos into beautiful order will restore it
from its present disorganization.

The
Throne in Heaven
Rev
4:1 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven:
and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking
with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things
which must be hereafter.
Rev
4:2 And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was
set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.
Rev
4:3 And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine
stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like
unto an emerald.
Rev
4:4 And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon
the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white
raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.
Rev
4:5 And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and
voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne,
which are the seven Spirits of God.
Rev
4:6 And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal:
and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four
beasts full of eyes before and behind.
Rev
4:7 And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a
calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast
was like a flying eagle.
Rev
4:8 And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and
they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night,
saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and
is to come.
I
saw a picture of transparent angel wings touching each other that
expanded across the second heaven with 4 or 7 angels and the
background of stars made up the eyes watching our every movement.
Eyes
all around in the wings. Imagine in the vastness of the universe
above your head with angels watching the earth with their wings
spread apart and the wings touching each other and the wings are
transparent and they cover the expanse of the universe as far as the
east is from the west in a never ending circle. Do you see all those
eyes watching your every movement, every thought, every word spoken
and written and every action performed and written down into either
the Book of Luke-warm or the Book of Death on you.
Many
of you today may or may not know the Lord are are either saved or not
saved but NOW comes the time of judgment for the globe.
Are
you ready to die this year and be judged?
God
Loves You no matter what you have done in your life. (Jeremiah 31:1);
God Hates Sin. (Psalm 11:5/I John 3:4); Even If you are a “Good”

1:8); Nor has anyone else (Romans 3:23); Your Sin has Separated You

6:23); But there is Good News (Luke 2:10); A perfect life can be
substituted for yours (Heb 4:15); And God loved you so much (John
3:16); That He gave Jesus as your substitute (2 Cor 5:21); And
Through His death (Heb 9:12); You can have eternal life (Jn 17:3);

and Live with Him forever in Heaven. (Philippians 3:20).
Jesus
told me this in 2007 in a God dream and the holes in His wrists are
