Pentecost and 3 days of darkness 2017

The following is an interpretation of “days of darkness” that cover the land of Egypt and covering our culture, expanding in the last days (Revelation 9).

“Then the Lord told Moses, ‘Raise your hand into the air and darkness will cover Egypt. It will be so dark you can feel it!’

So Moses raised his hand into the air and a cloud of darkness covered Egypt. The darkness stayed in Egypt for three days. None of the people could see each other, and no one got up to go any place for three days. But, there was light in all the places where the Israelites lived” (Exodus 10:21-23, ERV).

Many people suggest this 9th plague was focused toward the Egyptian’s worship of a sun god and other cosmic gods. The lesson: No sun light = no god. No moonlight = no god. No stars in the night sky = no gods.

However, this was a unique cloud of darkness falling over all of Egypt – is a “dark cloud” they could feel. Here are some reasons why I believe this is mental, spiritual darkness not a physical darkness with no sun light by day or moon and star light by night.

One reason is that they could not see each other for 3 days. Exodus chapter 10 does not say the sun did not shine or was hidden, does it?
There is no account of God removing oil or wood flame from the Egyptians. Scriptures does not record fire light (candle, oil or burning wood) was removed from Egypt. There is an assumption that light of flame was removed from the Egyptians.

This was a “cloud of darkness” falling upon them when Moses raised his hand into the air. The light from a flame was not removed from them at all.

The King James translation is as follows:
“And Moses stretched forth his hand toward heaven; and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt three days” (Exodus 10:22, KJV).

Let’s examine the original Hebrew language (“thick darkness”) with Strong’s Hebrew dictionary.

Strong’s H653, Thick: (Feminine), duskiness, figuratively misfortune; concretely concealment: – dark, darkness, gloominess.

Strong’s H2822, Darkness: the dark; hence (literally) darkness; figuratively misery, destruction, death, ignorance, sorrow, wickedness: – dark (-ness), night, obscurity.

Now, let’s examine the original Hebrew language (“light in their dwelling”) with Strong’s Hebrew dictionary.

Strong’s H215, Light: illumination or (concretely) luminary (in every sense, including lightning, happiness, etc.): – bright, clear, + day, light (-ning), morning, sun.

Strong’s H3427, Dwelling: a seat; figuratively a site; abstractly a session; by extension an abode (the place or the time); by implication population: – assembly, dwell in, dwelling (-place), wherein (that) dwelt (in), inhabited place, seat, sitting, situation, sojourning.

Please, keep “an open mind” and consider spiritual and/or mental darkness.

Job 5:8-16 gives an account of such mental, spiritual darkness upon the so called wise but are truly wicked.

“He frustrates the devices of the crafty, so that their hands achieve no success. He catches the wise in their own craftiness, and the schemes of the wily are brought to a quick end. They meet with darkness in the daytime and grope at noonday as in the night. But he saves the needy from the sword of their mouth and from the hand of the mighty. So the poor have hope, and injustice shuts her mouth” (ESV).

Please read Job 15:20-35 for additional insight on such spiritual darkness, which can explain the 9th Egyptian plague.

“The wicked man writhes in pain all his days, through all the years that are laid up for the ruthless. Dreadful sounds are in his ears; in prosperity the destroyer [“Angel of Death”] will come upon him. He does not believe that he will return out of darkness, and he is marked for the sword. He wanders abroad for bread, saying, ‘Where is it?’

He knows that a day of darkness is ready at his hand; distress and anguish terrify him; they prevail against him, like a king ready for battle. Because he has stretched out his hand against God and defies the Almighty, running stubbornly against him with a thickly bossed shield…”(ESV).

Again, Scripture provides us addition information on the oppressive darkness.

Please read Job 3:1-10 for a description of dark depression. Those were dark days for Job as Satan was given permission by God to test Job. Let’s read how Job felt under the conditions. He lamented the day he was born:

“Let the day perish on which I was born, and the night that said, ‘A man is conceived.’ Let that day be darkness! May God above not seek it, nor light shine upon it. Let gloom and deep darkness claim it. Let clouds dwell upon it; let the blackness of the day terrify it. That night—let thick darkness seize it!”

The darkness oppressing the land of Egypt was something only the Egyptians could feel. So then, what is the evidence of these specific people have a feeling of darkness?

This mental, spiritual darkness that they felt would be experienced with – deep depression, despair, gloom, lethargy, despondency, mind-binding confusion, forgetfulness, and other such emotional darkness. This “cloud of darkness” was pervasive throughout the entire population of Egyptians.

Genesis Exodus 10:23 (NKJV) tells us,”nor did anyone rise from his place for three days.”

The Egyptians, in the mists of darkness, did not get up (arise) and go anywhere. Only because they could not see their first or next step? Please, keep an “open mind”.

Egyptians were, by the Hebrew figurative definition of the word “see” – were not able to “consider, discern, take heed, regard or have respect for one another” for 3 days. The emotional, mental feeling of darkness was so deep that Egyptians were self-absorbed in their individual, personal anguish.

In addition, this mental state kept them from even getting up in the morning, arising from lying down – “nor did anyone rise from his place for three days.”

This truly seems to be a state of mental, emotional, spiritual bondage – a deep, depressing “cloud of darkness”, which they could not escape for 72 long hours.

As the Egyptians were struggling with this mental, spiritual darkness the Israelites had “light in their dwellings”.

The children of God had light in their homes – peace, joy, loving-kindness, and other attributes of the light – the Spirit of God. They are the Israelites (pun intended).

We do not know if the Israelites stayed within their home (like the night of Passover a few weeks later) or if they freely walked “in the light”. But, we know the children of God were covered in “light”, while the Egyptians were covered in “darkness”.

Scripture tells us of His spiritual provision:

“He protects His holy people. He keeps them from stumbling. But evil people will be destroyed [void of joy]. They will fall in the darkness. Their power won’t help them win” (1st Samuel 2:9, ERV).

For You are my lamp, O Lord, and my God lightens my darkness. For by You I can run against a troop, and by my God I can leap over a wall. This God – His way is perfect; the word of the Lord proves true; He is a shield for all those who take refuge in Him” (2 Samuel 22:29-31).

“Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will act. He will bring forth your righteousness as the light and your justice as the noonday” (Psalm 34:5-6).

“You, LORD, keep my lamp burning; my God turns my darkness into light” (Psalm 18:28).

“Hate evil, you who love the LORD, Who preserves the souls of His godly ones; He delivers them from the hand of the wicked. Light is sown like seed for the righteous and gladness for the upright in heart. Be glad in the LORD, you righteous ones, and give thanks to His holy name” (Psalm 97:10-12).

The Hebrew word for “light” (Strong’s H216) within the Hebrew’s dwelling during the 9th Plague in Egypt (Exodus 10) is the same “light” we read in all the verses quoted above. Therefore, Exodus 10 is spiritual darkness and spiritual light – there should be no doubt.

For God said, ‘Let light shine out of darkness,’ has shone in my heart, giving me the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ’ (2 Corinthians 4:1-6).

You are my lamp, O Lord (2nd Samuel 22:29). Thank you Lord.

I wonder if these passages can enlighten me further in connecting 3 days of darkness to this time frame. Darkness is the key or word to look for.

Mars and the sun is in Tarus the bull. Mars is blood and the Sun/Son. Meanings of planets in constellations will shed some more understanding due to the placement of the planets and will add another 20 scriptures to add fluff to the document and of course the constellations will add story to the story I am developing.

Coincide with the mega quake in California and the upcoming peace accord possibly signed at Pentecoast or day of Trumpet. Shaking across the earth is Rev 8:5. No electricity. Violence following, terrorist attacks,

Darkness is definitely a part of the judgements of YHVH upon an evil world.

But the future duration of these events is not known, despite what Moses once brought down upon Egypt.

Amos 8, 9 tells us that a darkening of the earth is a precursor to the final Judgement, when the Sixth Seal is broken. Day of the Lord is "that day". Sun will go down at noon. Darken the earth in a clear day.

It is apparent that YHVH has absolute control over the lights in heaven which He made; this includes His ability to arrest the sun in its orbit around the earth; as stated at Joshua 10, 12-14; and even to turn it back into this orbit, as happened during Hezekiah’s reign. Long day of Amos.

The latest science (Electric Universe w/s) indicates that the stars are not as we have been led to believe, ie nuclear fusion reactors contained by gravity; but dark rocky bodies impinged upon by the galactic plasma streams called Birkeland currents. These act much as an arc light acts, ie they cause the atmosphere around them to break down and ionize and to begin to emit heat and light.

This explains why sunspots are dark; ie the body beneath the sun is actually cold. It also explains why the sun’s temperature increases exponentially as one rises above it, ie the temperature gradient is the opposite of what one would expect.

Thus the darkness over all the earth during the crucifixion of the Lord Jesus was not caused by an eclipse or by a passing asteroid, but by the Lord God extinguishing this heavenly light; in fact I suspect that the entire starry realm was similarly extinguished at this time.

“Thou art of purer eyes than to behold evil, and canst not look on iniquity.”

Peter informs us that there will come a day when the earth and all that it contains will be burned up by fervent heat; I submit that this will be caused by the earth being increasingly impinged upon by the aforementioned plasma streams, and thus turning into a sun itself.

The Planet X must be huge to block the sun for three days from the earth when it passes near the earth. All kind of havoc, earth quake and massive tsunami will come along with it as the planet X will pull the sea water out of their places due to the proximity of the distance. Those days will be the atonement day.

And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain, and blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.” Revelation 16:10, 11.

The fifth plague brings dense darkness to the seat of the Beast; his kingdom is full of darkness. For centuries Rome has poured out spiritual darkness onto the world, now they find themselves in actual darkness.

In choosing to honor the beast and receive his ‘Mark’ instead of honoring God and His ‘Seal’, the people have chosen darkness. Now again, God gives them what they’ve chosen.

Oh, if they had only responded to God’s great kindness. His arms have been stretched out in love. Now it is too late, The disobedient have decreed that those who have received God’s Seal cannot buy or sell. Now they themselves are starving with famine and groping in utter darkness. This supernatural darkness is a fit symbol of the gross darkness that has come upon the minds of those who have turned away from the light of truth.

God’s people are hiding in remote areas. They’ve lost their jobs and homes, and fled for their lives before insane men, urged on by the religious leaders and evil angels. They’ve given up all for Christ. They’ve seen the wicked perishing, but angels of God provide food for them. To the obedient God’s promise is given: “Bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure.”

“A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked … there shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.” Psalm 91:3-10. Read this precious Psalm and memorize it, as it will be fulfilled to the faithful in those fearful days.

By the fifth plague, the whole wicked world is really angry. They’ve decided that those who honor God’s Sabbath of the Bible are the cause of the horrible convulsions of nature, and they determine to blot them from the earth. The date is set. When the clock strikes midnight on a certain day, God’s obedient people are to be put to death.

By the way, there is a great possibility that the plagues began on Rosh Chodesh because they occurred over a 15 day period.

I think the 3 days will show up when nibiru arrives...it will eclipse the sun, and its red iron oxide dust will turn the moon and everything red. it will have a gravitational effect in heaven and the stars will seem to fall, ad on earth a global earthquake

Plagues List

It is often observed that the 10 plagues increased in intensity as they progressed. They are sometimes categorized into three "cycles" each cycle containing three plagues, with the climactic plague occurring last. In "Cycle 1," there was the plagues of blood, frogs, and gnats or lice. In "Cycle 2," there was the plagues of flies, livestock, and boils. In "Cycle 3," there was the plagues of hail, locusts, and darkness. And the 10th plague was the death of the firstborn.

1.  Water to Blood

Exod 7:19 And the LORD spake unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and stretch out thine hand upon the waters of Egypt, upon their streams, upon their rivers, and upon their ponds, and upon all their pools of water, that they may become blood; and that there may be blood throughout all the land of Egypt, both in vessels of wood, and in vessels of stone.

2.  Frogs

Exod 8:2 And if thou refuse to let them go, behold, I will smite all thy borders with frogs:

8:3 And the river shall bring forth frogs abundantly, which shall go up and come into thine house, and into thy bedchamber, and upon thy bed, and into the house of thy servants, and upon thy people, and into thine ovens, and into thy kneading troughs:

8:4 And the frogs shall come up both on thee, and upon thy people, and upon all thy servants.

The frogs will clamber over you, your people and all who serve The frogs will clamber over you, your people and all who serve you (1731).

4.  Flies

Exod 8:21 Else, if thou wilt not let my people go, behold, I will send swarms of flies upon thee, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people, and into thy houses: and the houses of the Egyptians shall be full of swarms of flies, and also the ground whereon they are.

The word ‘arob has caused a difference of opinion among traditional interpreters. The root meaning may be related to "mixing". While most traditional interpreters understand the plague as "wild animals", Gesenius along with many modern interpreters understand the plague as a swarm of flies.

5.  Livestock Diseased

Exod 9:3 Behold, the hand of the LORD is upon thy cattle which is in the field, upon the horses, upon the asses, upon the camels, upon the oxen, and upon the sheep: there shall be a very grievous murrain.

6.  Boils

Exod 9:8 And the LORD said unto Moses and unto Aaron, Take to you handfuls of ashes of the furnace, and let Moses sprinkle it toward the heaven in the sight of Pharaoh.  9:9 And it shall become small dust in all the land of Egypt, and shall be a boil breaking forth with blains upon man, and upon beast, throughout all the land of Egypt.

8.  Locusts
Exod 10:4 Else, if thou refuse to let my people go, behold, to morrow will I bring the locusts into thy coast: 10:5 And they shall cover the face of the earth, that one cannot be able to see the earth: and they shall eat the residue of that which is escaped, which remaineth unto you from the hail, and shall eat every tree which groweth for you out of the field.

It began day 1 of the Hebrew Month of Shevat: The eighth plague of Egypt was locusts. Before the plague, God informed Moses that, from that point on, he would "harden Pharaoh's heart" (as promised earlier in 4:21) so that Pharaoh would not give in, and the remaining miracles (the final plagues and the splitting of the sea) would play out.

9.  Darkness
Exod 10:21 And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand toward heaven, that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, even darkness which may be felt. 10:22 And Moses stretched forth his hand toward heaven; and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt three days.

This plague was an attack aimed directly at Pharaoh's god Ra, the Egyptian sun god. By introducing the plague of darkness, Moses attempted to demonstrate the clear power of God and the folly of worshipping the Egyptian gods.

10.  Death of the Firstborn

Exod 11:4 And Moses said, Thus saith the LORD, About midnight will I go out into the midst of Egypt: 11:5 And all the firstborn in the land of Egypt shall die, from the first born of Pharaoh that sitteth upon his throne, even unto the firstborn of the maidservant that is behind the mill; and all the firstborn of beasts.

Which Egyptian gods were insulted by this? Isis (protector of children), Pharaoh (who was considered divine), perhaps others as well.  Allah. Obama; Erdogon of Turkey.

  The Final Battle (Rev. 19:19-21)

The Exodus plagues are divine judgments, a series of curses like those in Deuteronomy 28:15–68, which mention many of the same afflictions; they are even closer to the curses in the Holiness code, Leviticus 26, since like the Holiness Code they leave room for repentance.

While we don't know the length of the other 7 plagues, it is my guess that none of them were much longer than these (7 days, 3 days, or  1 day). I don't think they could have withstood them, except for a very short period of time. For example, I read somewhere that it would only take a few days for a swarm of millions of locusts (the 8th plague) to destroy every bit of green vegetation in sight. This being said, if we make the average length of each plague say 4 days, we have a total of 40 days that the plagues lasted. This is also a Biblical number that corresponds with the lengths of other punishments i.e. 40 years of wandering in the desert (Num 14:33-34, 32:13), 40 days of rain for Noah's flood (Gen 7:4,12), Goliath tormented Israel for 40 days before God helped David kill him (1 Sam 17:16), God gave Nineveh 40 days to repent or be destroyed (Jonah 3:4).

I believe that the timeframe between the 7th plague (hail) and the 10th plague (death of the firstborn) was no more than a few months. I say this because (Ex 9:31) says that when the hail came, all of "the flax and barley were ruined, for the barley was in the ear and the flax was in bud." (Ex 9:32) "But the wheat and the spelt were not ruined, for they ripen late." We know that "flax and barley" are in bloom in February, with wheat and spelt being in bloom a month or two later. Also, when the 8th plague was sent (swarms of locusts), God said they would destroy "every plant of the land that the hail left." (Ex 10:12). This means that it shortly followed the hail, still before the wheat and spelt were in bloom (probably in late February or early March).

We also know that the last plague fell either in late March or early April, because that is the time of the Jewish Passover, when God passed over the houses of the Israelites and did not kill their firstborn because they had the blood of the Passover Lamb covering the doorframes of their houses (Ex 12:21-27).

Therefore, the timeframe for the 7th plague through the 10th plague was almost certainly no more than a month and a half to two months. This works out to about 2 weeks at most for each   (the length of the plague plus the warning proceeding it). If we carry this out to the other 6 plagues, we get 12 weeks. So, the total is 20 weeks or about 4 to 5 months for all 10 plagues.
