Revelation 8 1-9 Trumpet Judgments 1-3 Condition of the Redeemed Saints on earth and in Heaven (Rev 7), and the judgments announced by Seven Trumpets (Rev 8-9) Revelation 8 King James Version 8 1And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour. 2 And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets. 3 And another angel came and stood at the altar, having a golden censer; and there was given unto him much incense, that he should offer it with the prayers of all saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne. 4 And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel's hand. This was fulfilled at the 7th Day of Feast of Tabernacles/ Hoshana Rabbah in 2018 with Mist on Temple Mount (Breaking Israel News). 2020 5 And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake (Wrath of the Lamb Earthquake). What a contrast from the solemn silence of verse 1-4. Now every noise imaginable is heard as judgment is prepared. This event occurs on the Day of Trumpet Rapture in sequence of Revelation 6 :12-17 Axial pole shift. In verse 12, we see a great earthquake. There are 4 quakes in the Book of Revelation-- the one mentioned here plus 3 others in Revelation 8:5; (11:13; 16:18-19). There are literally 2 quakes. One at the beginning of the judgments, and one at the end of the judgments. The opening of the 6th seal begins the administration of supernatural judgment from heaven. One cannot interpret these events figuratively. The judgments are to be taken literally. And why not? Throughout history, earthquakes have accompanied the judgments of God: 1) Mount Sinai quake. Exodus 19:18 And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the Lord descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly. 2) Throughout Elijah's day. I Kings 19:11 And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the LORD. And, behold, the LORD passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the LORD …. 3) Christ's death at Calvary. Matt 27:51-52 51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; 52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, 53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many. If these quakes are literal, then the one before us is literal. Throughout the 10 year tribulation, there were quakes around the Pacific Ring of Fire and other places. Luke 21:25-26 King James Version 25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; 26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. At this time the earthquakes and effects from the axial pole shift upon the earth are so great that the stars of heaven fall like figs being shaken out of a tree prematurely. Strong winds from the jet stream dropping, possible tornadoes, and hurricanes also causes great problems. When a large planetary body suddenly changes its rotation, or undergoes a polar shift, the rapid forward movement of the surface of the earth leaves the atmosphere (the first heaven) behind and as it pushes forward into the oncoming atmosphere. It rolls the atmosphere into a huge "roll cloud" leaving a vacuum in between.  The subthermal outer atmosphere quickly (wind speeds of hundreds or thousands of miles per hour) fill in the huge vacuum with temperatures approaching absolute zero, in an instant quick freeze. Such a mechanism is suggested also just prior to the Noachian flood with the remnants of the frozen mammoths in Siberia and also a sudden change in latitude as a new north pole found a new home on this Planet Earth.  The dark sun is several times (5 to 8 times) larger than Earth and about a hundred times denser is heading our way on a trajectory that will soon take it close enough to cause global catastrophes which include: 1) increasing extreme behavior of the sun. 2) increased warming of the earth core and surface. 2016, 2017 www.bbc.com/news/science-environment-34226178. The gravitational pull of the strange star’s mass will cause the earth to slow down and maybe bring it to a complete halt (Josh 10:11-13--Joshua's Longest Day). The tilting earth will create a "slosh" of all the ocean water that is now bulged up around the equator due to the centrifugal forces of earth’s spinning motion. As a result of these shifting and moving water masses there will be: 1) tsunamis and violently rising ocean levels up to 400 feet (120 meter); Hab 3:10--Overflowing water passed by. Amos 9:6; Amos 5:6-8; Nah 1:8 (flood) 2) flooding of all coastal areas and an eventual recessing of these oceanic waters into the earth’s crust. 3) shifting, lifting and sinking landmasses. 4) landmasses sinking into and rising out of the ocean. 5) tidal, crustal and rogue waves. 6) 200+ mph (320+ kph) winds as the jet stream is coming down to ground level affecting the entire globe. Whirlwind Job 37:9; Isa 66:15; Jer 23:19; Jer 30:238) hurricanes over land. 9) shifting of the climatic regions and seasons. 10) change of the length of days and of the calender (Matt 24:21-22; Mk 13:20). A disruption in the Earth’s rotation in either speed (normally 1,000 miles per hour) or direction (a pole shift).      The records, both in geology and historical, reflect that multiple events will be occurring simultaneously i.e. melting ice in the Antarctic & Greenland, earthquakes, tsunamis (tidal waves), flooding, torrential rains, abrupt (tropical to arctic minutes!) climate change, 200 mph (320 kph) winds, volcanism, the Gulf Stream stopping and dare I say: a pole shift!" The quakes cause mountains and islands to be moved from their foundations. No wonder that ½ of earths population dies through the severe weather conditions. The scene is so terrifying that kings, great men, rich men, chief captains, mighty men, bondsmen and all freemen hide in dens and mountains for saety. Now we understand Christ's statement at Luke 21:26: Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. Conditions become so unbearable that mankind pleads to die, begging for death by crying to the mountains and rocks saying at Revelation 6:16-17, 16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: 17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand? Rev 8:6 And the seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound. 7 The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up. We have no difficulty in understanding this verse literally. This same kind of judgment occurred in Exodus 9:22-26 King James Version 22 And the Lord said unto Moses, Stretch forth thine hand toward heaven, that there may be hail in all the land of Egypt, upon man, and upon beast, and upon every herb of the field, throughout the land of Egypt. 23 And Moses stretched forth his rod toward heaven: and the Lord sent thunder and hail, and the fire ran along upon the ground; and the Lord rained hail upon the land of Egypt. 24 So there was hail, and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous, such as there was none like it in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation. 25 And the hail smote throughout all the land of Egypt all that was in the field, both man and beast; and the hail smote every herb of the field, and brake every tree of the field. 26 Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were, was there no hail.
